Since I first started using Xcelbooks I've had nothing but issues with it playing 'nice' with Excel. I store and protect data on Google Drive and was assured that this would not be an issue. I have contacted and communicated with customer support multiple times and keep getting told that there must be something wrong with my Excel version which has been confirmed to not be true. I've tried to download the file to my desktop to be used in Excel and keep getting error messages that keep me from using the program. I'm going to have to switch to another accounting system as I cannot continue to start over with a new file everytime that I want to enter transactions.

Very streamlined for a small business. Because it’s Excel‑based, the model is simple to update and transfer. That makes it both affordable and user‑friendly.

Very easy and clean lay out, I use this for my small biz to track income and expenses.

Does everything I need without the subscription fees

i was purchased online and there is no support from xcelbooks.com and ask question they reply very late and also can not use because they do not provide us demo. how to use it .they did not help me. i purchase but not used by us because not provided support to us.
Our Order Number was 1546 . i can not use it because there no support from your side(Xcellbook) . it is waste our money
