Unbelievable customer service I was emailed after purchasing and told that I need to “verify my photo ID”due to “stopping credit card fraud” before I could get my license key the email specifically stated that during working hours, they would reply within one hour or one business day. I have emailed them over five times within the past two days and have received absolutely nothing I have paid $700 for something I can’t even use because they refuse to even send me an email back if they do not reply within the next two days, I will be requesting a refund and disputing the charge with my bank
