Hello,

We would like to clarify that this review does not align with our records.

For privacy and security reasons, the vast majority of gamertags we sell are not publicly shared. However, we can clearly confirm that we have no record of a gamertag named "JIM" being listed or sold through our platform.

We can also confirm that our policy is straightforward: customers either receive the gamertag they purchased or, if an availability issue occurs due to real-time inventory changes, they are offered the choice of a replacement or a full refund. The customer decides which option they prefer. No customer is forced to accept a replacement.

After reviewing our order history and support records, we have been unable to locate any case matching the events described in this review. As a result, the claims made here do not appear to represent a genuine transaction or customer experience with X6RR.

Due to the inclusion of information that does not match our records, we do not consider this review to be an accurate representation of our services.

Hello,

Your review actually confirms that the service you are referring to is functioning as intended. If, as you claim, a large number of LFG posts are visible, that would indicate the service is operating successfully for the customers who chose to use it. (https://x6rr.com/services/lfg-post-spammer)

That said, your review also confirms that you have never used our services, placed an order, or had any customer experience with X6RR. As a result, the 1-star rating appears unrelated to the quality of our products or support.

Hello,

We would like to clarify several inaccurate aspects of this review.

After reviewing your order history and communication records, we can confirm that your order was actively being processed and that our team provided updates throughout the process. At no point during our conversations did you express that you were dissatisfied, request a cancellation, or request a refund. In fact, your responses indicated that you understood the situation and the processing requirements involved.

For this reason, it is unclear why a 1-star review accusing us of being a "scam" was posted without first raising any concerns with our team. Delays in fulfillment do not constitute a scam, particularly when the customer is receiving ongoing updates and the order remains actively in progress.

We also encourage customers to use such terms responsibly. Publicly labeling a legitimate business as a scam while an order is being processed and communication is ongoing is a serious accusation that does not accurately reflect the circumstances of this transaction.

Had you contacted us regarding your concerns, our team would have been happy to discuss available options directly rather than having the situation misrepresented publicly.
