I ordered my sandals, which have an adjustable, velcro strap back strap and they were the correct length, but the strap is almost not long enough. The quality of the sandals are great, the ankle strap is just short.

I love buying from this company. The shoes are gorgous and high quality. I wear a 6WW. I have two pairs of boots - Jolenes and Chelseas - and I had to take the insoles out of both of them to make them tall enough for my high instep, but the leather has stretched perfectly. My newest pair, ruched loafers, feel like heaven beneath my feet, but if anything are maybe a little big. I think I'm going to have to use the included insoles to snug them up, and I hope that the leather doesn't stretch too much over time. BUT, would definitely buy from WYDR again.

Let me start by saying how much I love this company. I love their shoes so much they are comfortable and well-made. other than my sneakers these are the shoes I wear the most. In addition I had a problem with an incorrect order, which was a mistake on my part. The company was so responsive and helpful with the exchange. I couldn’t be more pleased. I will keep purchasing from this company because they have great products and excellent customer service

Shoes were comfortable and sturdy right out of the box-- no break-in needed-- and are the only pointed toe shoe I've ever worn that's been secure and wide enough for my feet. Certainly the only pointed toe shoe with fun rivets I've ever been able to buy!

There are negatives, of course. I'd love more arch support, generally; if we have to add our own padding to parts of the shoe, I'd like there to be some kind of outline as to where it's supposed to go on each shoe; and some of the fits were wildly inconsistent. The Blondie fit me perfectly; the Colette had a half-inch gap in the back, even after sliding the insole in; and then a second pair of the Blondie in a different color fit me... mostly well, but one of the back straps hurt on the new color. Still, it's a very underserved market, I had no problem with returns, and I'm happy for what I've got.

The shoes are well made but definitely have fit issues. Shipping is SLOW. The real nightmare begins at the return/exchange stage. Good luck with either. If you exchange you may not receive it. If you want a refund they will stall and stall. It was even difficult to get a return label. I will never buy from Wydr again for these reasons.
May, 25,2026: yes, Wydr did FINALLY refund these shoes, however, I received an EXCHANGE for another pair of pink sandals I had returned when I asked for a REFUND. I have repeatedly asked for a return label and a REFUND but haven’t received ANY reply from WYDR. They did at one point ask me to change my review which I declined because I want buyers to know what issues they will have with this company which have NOT been corrected. Buy at your own risk.

Omgoodness, l have found shoes that fit my wide foot, that are are comfortable, trendy, reasonably priced and a company that was easy to deal with 😊
Please do not doubt your size. As a wide footed damsel l measured as advised, and being a new customer to this brand and ordering on line, l decided to go up a size…nope too big…..yes fellow wide footed damsels too big . Keep to your normal size.

I am rearranging my cupboard to add new styles and another pair of Blondie Pointy Toe Slingbacks, this time in burgundy to the shoe family.❤️

First: I love the shoes. Beautifully made, genuine leather, small leather patches for adjustments.
Second: The shipping to Germany was fast.
Third: They emailed me twice beforehand to make sure I got the perfect fit and they were very helpful.
Fourth: I have already recommended them to friends.

I ordered a pair of flats and they were too big. The return was fairly easy. I ordered the next size down and they fit well. There is plenty of tie room in the square toed flats.

Shoes arrived quickly, fit well, and were pretty comfortable even without breaking them in much. The material did mar easily.

I have little fat feet. I wish they had half sizes, but I understand how expensive that would be. I am really a 6.5 W and so I went for the 7a.

The shoes are cute and comfortable! I never thought could wear a pointed toe shoe and they are sooo cute.

They took a little while to arrive but other than that! Stellar.

I ordered the loafers.
I was hopeful that they would be wide enough and comfortable. I have lymphedema and my feet are swollen. I really wanted a dresser pair of shoes to wear. The only shoes that I can wear are sporty sneakers.
I was so happy when I received my loafers they fit and were comfortable. I also liked the low heal. I wish they came in patent leather too. I recommend Wydr Studio shoes to anyone who needs a wide width comfortable shoe.

The shoes fit well in the foot area, but many of the boots did not fit in the ankle - they were just too tight.

Platform shoes have very inflexible sole, and for me personally it is uncomfortable for me to wear such shoes.

Customer service is somewhat good - I could not get reimbursed for shoes that were not fitting because they were bought during some kind of event even though I did not use the bundle discount (only exchange).

It took a couple of tries to find the right size for me, but the Astor Heeled Mary Jane are so cute and are so comfortable! The almond color goes with almost any outfit, and I haven't had cute shoes that don't make my feet hurt in such a long time. Now that I found my size, I'm excited to shop for other kinds of styles.

I love my red Ava Mary Janes. I really had to test my patience with this order because I’m so used to quick shipping with other companies.

I ordered my usual size of 9 and when they arrived after about 10 days, they were too big. I suggest that everyone size down from their usual. I’m so used to having poorly fitting shoes and sizing up for width, etc. so it was hard to believe these would be truly wide.

I didn’t want to wait for returning so I purchased another pair in the 8 and then started the return process, which was a little taxing. First, we had thrown away the original shipping box - they get dirty and such so we don’t keep them in the house. I waited a few days for a return label via email and shipped them off. I added a note indicating I’d like to just exchange those for the perforated black Ava Mary Janes. After tracking the shipping and sending a few follow up emails, I actually received the replacement pair before I got an email response. That whole process took 3-4 weeks.

Now, onto the shoes. I pay for quality, well-fitting shoes for my feet. I travel three weeks of each month and am in airports and hotels constantly. I don’t need to waste money on cheap, uncomfortable shoes that I keep replacing.

The Ava Mary Janes are adorable, the leather is nice, and even the insole is a nice leathery material. They are truly wide. My feet are pretty chunky, especially my left foot. No issues. The strap is nice and long with lots of hole openings. I love the squarish toe, it makes the shoe look very European. These were comfortable out of the box and I can walk in them all day.

The shoes come with an alternate thick insole to use is you need a tighter fit or extra padding but I didn’t need them - I may use them in another shoe.

I like that the shoe heels “click” as I walk but the rest of the sole can be slippery on super glossy or wet floors. These are definitely not for working in a restaurant.

Although I love them and they are fine to walk in, I find that they aren’t the greatest to stand on. They are pretty flat. Wear socks.

Overall, I absolutely love these and I plan to have them in each color. I feel they are worth the cost and you will love them once you get sizing correct. I have been wearing them now in airports, hotels, driving and no issues except for standing a long time.

I have purchased more than 10 pairs of shoes from WYDR and was very surprised to find that I couldn’t be refunded for shoes purchased during a promotion. The customer service agent was very helpful in helping reach a compromise but the process is very long. I’m still waiting for an exchange and refund after more than a month. It’s very frustrating to wait so long to try on shoes that are purchased online and then wait even longer for resolution when it doesn’t work out. Wide width shoes are so hard to find and you can’t measure the comfort of shoes with pictures.

Very happy with the quality of the shoes. They are very comfortable and stylish. I get complements on all the pairs I own. I have to size down, but overall the fit is very good and great for working in the office.

Really love Wydr shoes, I have several pairs of their shoes and recommend them to everyone! Shipping takes a little while but it’s we worth it in my opinion

As someone with extra-wide feet that has longed for cute shoes my whole life, trying Wydr is one of the best fashion decisions I’ve made. I was hesitant to order shoes I could not try on, but I am happy I took the leap. My shoes fit wonderfully and I am happy wearing them all day without dying to take them off by the end of the day. I look forward to painless shoe shopping with no tears unlike all of my past experiences with shoes not made for my feet.
