This is the second time I use z&s builders for work in my home. The first time was for a complete bathroom remodel, which turned out amazing. This time they replaced an old dysfunctional wood deck with a paver patio that is more up to date, functional, and provides the proper entertaining area for my BBQ, dining table and bar. They also provided me with sitting walls and outdoor lighting, making this an outdoor space that I am truly proud to share with my friends and family. The best part about the project was working with the z&s Mani is very friendly and professional . Not to mention the superb craftsmanship of qualified. Mani were assigned to my project and were at my home every day, all day until the project was finished which only took an amazing 4 days to complete. Z&S is the only contractor I can trust to provide excellent service, answer all my questions and ensure the project is complete to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Z&SBUILDERS for any home contracting needs.

Mani is a very friendly and approachable person but more importantly he is very knowledgeable when it
comes to Construction.

Me and my partner used Z&S Builders for a variety of works including Plastering, Painting, Brick Slips (Tiling), Traditional Tiling, Kitchen Work Top installation and other Carpentry works.

Mani helped advise us on the best course of action throughout the works and him and his guys did a great job on our house.

Mani did all of the above at a very competitive price and I will definitely be
recommending him and using him again in the future for any building needs I have.

I am very happy with both the professionalism and work carried out this weekend. The Team were very pleasant to work with and wallpapered, painted and lay Lino floors in the bathroom abs toilet areas.

I hired Mani and his team after reading some positive internet reviews, and they weren't wrong. Z&S builders have done various jobs in my property, from removing a chimney breast to fitting new ceilings, replastering and repairing old walls, and fitting new wood flooring. The quality of the workmanship is very high. There is a lot of communication throughout the work to check you understand any extra costs, and are happy with what they are doing.

Mani and his guys did an amazing job replacing and adding new plug sockets to our house. All of their work was extremely high quality and they worked extremely efficiently, getting lots of work done in just a few days. They were also kind enough to help us fix a broken shelf for free, can't recommend them enough!

Z&sbuilders did a brilliant work in my Paddington flat. Trustworthy professional and reliable, they were expensive then other quotes but their work is outstanding. I am glad I went with expensive quote as they did great job. I will not hesitate to hire them again, definitely recommend them

Mani and his team did a great job painting my entire house internally, a large 4 bedroom town house with high ceilings, to a very high standard. They also replaced the radiators in 3 bathrooms and changed the carpet throughout. The house looks fantastic and fresh ready for sale. No job was too big or too small for Mani to do, he was very accommodating to take on a few more things that needed doing after the main job was started. Mani and his team are very polite and positive to work with and as I was remote from the house, Mani kept me updated daily through regular videos and messages.
I would highly recommend Mani and his team and would not hesitate to hire them again for a professional job.
