Once I have paid the plan 'Starter' my survey started work incorrectly and I have lost many responses. Moreover, when I contacted the support team they didn't want to give me a refund and now I am not even able to login to my account and my survey is not active !!!

I've been a Zonka user for a while now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the platform's constant innovation and addition of new features. They keep coming up with new ways to make collecting and analyzing customer feedback easier and more insightful.

One of the things I love about Zonka is the customizable survey templates. They offer a range of options, and you can use them to collect feedback from customers via email, SMS, web, and mobile etc. Webhooks and advanced segmentation give high levels of flexibility to talk to the right people at the right time.

There is also an inbox type-feature that allows you to monitor extreme feedback from customers to be able to interact and solve cx challenges.

If you are looking for a survey tool Zonka is really great. The support team is always responsive. There are some small bugs in it but the best part is the "offline survey". If you need to take an offline survey at your venues or events Zonka is one of the best. I hope they can fix some small issues with it and Zonka becomes 1 of the best survey tool on the market.

By nature, Survey collecting SaaS are a little complex, but Zonka Feedback is very transparent, easy to understand, easy to use, but complete and well-designed.
It saves a lot of time. It includes a lot of templates and an easy way to modify them or create the survey I want.
It generates professional reports, ready to share with my team. Surely, the reports are designed by people with a lot of experience in the field.
It includes a "trends report" and many features that I did not see in other survey SaaS.
Zonka Feedback is valuable because it lets users to learn more about survey best practices.

Zonka helps me to create the feedback forms with very ease and the available reports are extensive. We refer to a single dashboard to analyse the feedback reports from multiple sites. This helped us to save a lot of manual effort which was involved earlier.
