Zapatos Castellanos, sin foco en la calidad

Servicio de atención al cliente pésimo!!! En un par de zapatos, apenas utilizados, se ha quitado el cuero negro, en un claro problema de fabricación.... Envío las fotos al servicio de atención al cliente y su primera pregunta es si he comprado en la web, al contestar que no, nunca más se pusieron en contacto conmigo. Posteriormente, gestiono a través de la zapatería donde compré los zapatos, y se pone en contacto con Castellanos y la respuesta que reciben es que sin ticket no hacen nada.
En un zapato de calidad, es impensable que no estén preocupados por fallos de calidad en su producto.
Después de muchos pares de zapatos Castellanos comprados, creo que ha sido el último. Después de unas 30 veces usados, no es de recibo que se estropeen y que Castellano ni siquiera revise los zapatos para analizar el fallo.

Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria.

Nos gustaría aclarar que, cuando la compra se realiza en una tienda multimarca, cualquier gestión relacionada con incidencias, revisiones o reclamaciones debe tramitarse directamente a través del establecimiento donde se adquirió el producto. Desde Castellano gestionamos de forma directa únicamente los pedidos realizados en nuestra tienda online y en nuestras tiendas oficiales de Madrid.

Nuestros zapatos también se venden en establecimientos multimarca, tanto en España como en otros países, y en esos casos es la tienda vendedora quien debe canalizar la incidencia con su proveedor siguiendo su propio procedimiento interno. Es la operativa habitual en este tipo de ventas, tanto de nustra marca como cualquier otra.

Asimismo, queremos señalar que la indicación que usted menciona sobre la necesidad de presentar ticket no ha sido una respuesta emitida por nuestra parte. Esa información le ha sido facilitada por el punto de venta donde efectuó la compra.

Sentimos las molestias y lamentamos que en esta ocasión la gestión no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas.

They don't care about their customers

I ordered loafers from the website which were shipped with SEUR. SEUR sent me a notification that the product could not be delivered to my house even though I was home and the doorbell did not ring. I eventually found out that the shoes were sent to a pick up point, but when I arrived they were not there. After hours of contacting SEUR they said that the shoes had been taken by someone else and that I need Zapatos Castellano to make a claim so I can get a refund. I have been trying to contact Zapatos Castellano for months and they are not responding. I have written them on social media, commented on their posts, and emailed them and then are still ignoring me. Never order from this company, they don't care about their customers.

I wish I could zero stars

I wish I could zero stars. I paid $60 (!!!) for shipping on May 3rd. It is, as of the writing of this review, 5/25 and they simply do not get back to me. Their 'AI" chat tells me the order is on 'temporary hold', this after telling me it is being processed. The ONLY time I got an email is when I asked to change the shoe to a more expensive one and I IMMEDIALTY got a bill for the difference which I paid.

I have my credit card company involved who is now holding the payment.

Shoe pictures look great but who knows? Taking someone's money then not sending product or communicating is more than 'bad business'.

Not sure how they don't get if they ruin their online reputation internationally there WILL be no more company.

I love their shoes and missed an…

I love their shoes and missed an opportunity to buy them in a shop in Seville. When I came home to Sweden I decided to buy them online 2 pairs size 40. One of them was so small I couldn't even place my feet in them.

I contacted them by email asking that I should not pay for the return because the shoes did not represent the size. After they stopped answering, I decided to send both pairs back, they do cost a lot.

Sent them with a tracking number and received the ticket that they had been delivered.

I purchased through Klarna and waited to pay. Then they notified that they had not received the shoes!!!!! Asking me how did I know the shoes had been received various times. After that the woman who attended me said that they had been received but that one of the pairs had been worn. I said that I had one tried them out at home. In Sweden we do not use shoes inside the house, so there for they do not get dirty. They sent me a pic and it showed that only one of the shoes had more marks on the sole. The other one "normal". Obviously they had taken the shoes from a shop were they already had been tried on by other clients and then they are blaming the ware on me. Who walks around the house with only one shoe?

What also confuses me is that they are claiming to the billing company that they have not received any shoes....

Not trustworthy and changes arguments.
Will probably buy shoes from them again but never online!!!!

Castellano please try honesty!

I made online order one month ago to…

I made online order one month ago to the UK and still shipment has not been placed!
There is only one email contact at their site and no one is responding. I requested a refund as have not received any update on my shipment and still they are silent. No shipment ,no money back.

I have never experienced any similar behaviour from any official business. They operate like scammers.

Absolutely do not recommend using this service!

I have bought around 11 pairs of shoes…

I have bought around 11 pairs of shoes off this company. Cannot fault the shoes. Very expertly made. However, they charge €25 to ship to Ireland which is extortion. They do not have customer service. Also, shoes take weeks to be shipped.

Absolute NIGHTMARE

Absolute NIGHTMARE.

Their shoes look nice but smell like glue. They don't do "customer service" and they will ghost you when you contact them.

My shoe exchange (that they agreed to and is explicitly guaranteed on their website) was unilaterally changed to a refund, meaning with all the shipping fees, it cost me $180 USD (€163) to get absolutely NOTHING. To make matters worse, they only refunded 80% of the product's cost. Oh yeah, it also took them seven weeks to do this.

I've never experienced such unprofessional behaviour from a European company before. Dealing with them was such a hellish experience, it has made me hesitant to ever buy anything from Spain again. This company operates like scammers.
