Absolute scammers 😡
Ordered a ‘merino wool jumper’ for £60. When it (eventually) arrived it bore no resemblance to what had been advertised. Basically a low end Primark acrylic hoodie. Went through the charade of ‘keep it and we’ll refund you 30%, then 50% etc.’ but I insisted on return. Shipped to China at my expense in early Oct, was rejected by recipient in Nov and apparently returned to me by the carrier in Dec. Never arrived so luckily carrier refunded the postage and paid out insurance for the item.
Company appears to be registered in NL but based in China so don’t expect any help if you don’t receive a promised refund. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS!!!

Absolute SCAM. Item ordered was such poor quality compared to the images on their site. I tried to return, but their policy dictates that the customer is to cover the postage to their premises in CHINA. The return cost was about 60% of the item purchased. They offered a partial refund to keep the item. After telling me the refund had been processed, it has become clear that it hasn’t been and that I’ve probably been scammed. Avoid at all costs.

Honestly the worst company about. Initially sent my package out late, so I wasn’t available to collect it. So it was returned to sender. I asked for a refund because I had no product, they refused to give me a full refund, stating they would deduct £15 because the package was returned even though it was there fault the package was delivered late in the first place. Utterly disgusting customer service. Please do not use or trust this company. It has dragged on for 2 months trying to get a refund. It ended with them saying the couldn’t do anything, so I don’t have the product or a refund. Disgraceful.

Saw a Polo on instagram and instantly needed it. Polo took over a week to come and when it did the Quality was so poor 100% not the item from socials and also I ordered a large and think it was more suitable as a small. I contacted customer service who asked ME to return it to China at my expense as I didn’t want the hassle had to settle on a 50% refund just to recoup some cost. After a couple of weeks passed I realised they hadn’t even sent the refund and I had to contact them again. These are really Poor from Quality, service and CS. avoid at all costs!!

Horrendous quality of clothing.
Ordered a lounge set from this company and the quality is the worst clothing I have ever bought, it looks absolutely nothing like the online photos.
Then trying to return is almost impossible as there return place is in China and you have to pay for the packaging. They ended up giving me a refund of 40% to keep the item which went straight in the bin, I couldn’t even wear it in the house without anyone seeing me it is that poor

The item look at material is nothing like what it looks like online. I contacted them for a refund and they tried everything to ensure that I couldn’t return it. Due to returns being nearly the same value as the item intself, I had to settle for a part refund and keep the item. Do not buy from this company

The product (Milano set) is nothing like it appears on the pictures. Took weeks to arrive and it wasn’t until it arrived I realised to return the item I had to send it back to China (costing £24) - avoid at all costs
