No such seller, hiding behind a name!!!
Item never came. No replies to emails, chat box, and none existent phone and address.After looking into them I found they are a Bogus company.
Having to report them and get a charge back through bank.

Not even worth a star at all orderd soft hooded dryers it came but is not suitable for my use I send loads of emails they useless at coming back to me promised to give me a refund still haven't received it is opend a case with PayPal then zabiva said if I close the case with PayPal that they would refund me and they still didn't I would never recommend this place and the manager Roger well say no more

Hello. After I bought chlorine removed shampoo and condition, I read reviews and start scare, that I will be scammed, but after week I get my parcel very well packed. I will recommend that company. I will buy again that items 👌👍

I ordered a product and they sent me a wrong item. I paid for postage as well. I emailed them couple of times asking for a full refund but no response. Bad customer service. Do not waste your money ordering from them.

Rubbish company. Using a fake shipping company. Orders will never be received. Now have to use chargeback for a refund. Supposedly based in Texas but phone operators with South Asian accents.

If I could give zero stars I would, this company sold me 2 lord and berry mascaras which I left for a month before trying, only to find both dry as a bone no product and when I checked they turned out to be fake!!!! The customer service just kept quitting inside of return timescale m, ten you’ve sold me counterfeit goods do not gave to adhere to your 14 day return policy!! They just kept fobbing me off so annoying

The website wouldn't even load, so I decided I wasn't going to risk going any further if it eventually did (which it didn't), and there was no way I was going to purchase from this so called company.
Judging from the reviews, it would be a wise decision for others also.
The positive reviews - all BS as far as I'm concerned.
With today's technology you'd think some nerd would have come up with a way so that fake companies can't trade.
All online businesses should have to be verified.
Can't be that simple though otherwise someone techy would have thought of it already...

I ordered marc Anthony organ oil shampoo from zabiva.com which i can't find anywhere. They never ship it. when i contacted them.they said they ship it to amazon locker and sent me a fake tracking number. Please don't waist your money.

I read all these reviews and thought sheesh cant be as bad as theyre all saying. It’s worse! Zabiva is owned by one guy who goes under the sudonym charlie, he created a fake cell number circulating to masquerade as the preponderance of customer service, but they just buy other people’s kwep on amazon when you order it and gouge the price. Mistakes are made frequently especially with rarer pr specialty items and ur left holding the bag. The people they buy from are shady but more importantly so are they. Hes lik 5-10 days before we can refund you for the item you already returned it’s going to our warehouse for inspection. But i called the warehouse which is just a store they buy from on amazon and ebay and they said they arent returning this guy his money cause he’s a scammer. But whether or not they do he doesn’t refund you until n only if the second you get paypal to step in, i waited a week then did that n got full refund 7 min later, cause i did send back the defective item instantly afterall.. the threats wont work you have to take serious action. St valentine warning be all avoidif this scammard blowhard lik the plague wouldn’t be long or far enough. Someone should send this clown to russia then he can better conjure a taste for how his informalize brand of kleptocracy fun n works. Negative stars if an option. If you don't want to lose your money please don't order from this place. I ordered a keyboard and mouse and never received it and it's been OVER 3 weeks. My expected delivery date was Dec.19 and today is the 25th. It's extremely hard to get in contact with any sort of customer service for this company. This company is a Sears.com reseller and I'm hoping for some help from them but I'm not holding my breath. I guess my next move is to challenge the purchase with my credit card company.

Purchased a cologne from them. Took my money for days. Never shipped. Emailed them on their website email - no response. Called the number on their website - no one answered. You have to leave a message. No response. Suddenly I’m refunded. But there was NEVER any communication whatsoever. Scammers.

I would rate it less than one star if I could. They had no problem taking my money and I never received the product (face cream). I emailed them on their site because I couldn't get them on the phone ("all lines are busy, please try again at a later time") and I got NO response to my email. Emailed a second time and nothing. So I hope they enjoy my donation of 35.00 to their awful company. Run, don't walk, away from this website!

I placed an order for an outdoor swing cover and an outdoor furniture cover via the sears marketplace seller website. The items did not fit the funiture correctly and I returned said items. I have returned both items and have yet to receive and refund or any other correspondence in relation to my returned order I have called Zabiva at the number provided and have yet to receive and other information.

I ordered a Bed frame through Sears Market place. Zabiva sent it to wrong address 800 miles away,they said "just have someone send it back". Well after getting noplace with fedex,zabiva,and sears I called someone on Long Island who was willing to take to post office and they charged them $35.00 to send back.After 10 phone calls to sears reps and many messages from zabiva we are out $35.00 because getting their $39.00 walmart frame that cost Me $89.00 plus return fee of $35.00 is not their problem without a reciept. Getting item Shipped back is not enough proof I guess. Never Again will I buy something from Sears Market place that this company is involved with.

The links to "contact" are inoperative on their website and phone calls to customer service never go through. This company offers products that they are not authorized to sell as distributors. The whole company is a no-contact scam.

Do not at any cost order anything from Zabiva. I oder sic Liv hair creams which should a package of 3 at 15 oz. per container. I even down loaded and video taped the website during the ordering of the creams because wanted to use the web site in the future because the price appeared to be excellent. Instead Zabiva cheated me out of four jars and only sent two jars .i emailed and call them over a 100 times they never responded or sent the the four jars that they cheated me out of. My bank sided with them because they have proof of a delivery to my home which was only two jars. even with all my evidents my bank sided with Zabiva because they had proof of delivery which was not the six containers owed to me. The bottom Zabiva got a way with money without fully givem me all my products paid for. They even changed the wesite to cover their tracks. Never buy from Zabiva. They are very dishonest and thieves. If something looks too good to be true it is. NEVER BUY ANY THING FROM ZABIVA THEY ARE THEIVES

Ordered a product Sept 27, 2021 and never received it not did I ever hear back from customer service and many attempts.
