They say they delivered the package but the pictures are at their shipping yard. You can see the shipping containers in the background and they sent a picture of a delivery driver handing the package to another delivery driver.

Yanwen. Small mop that holds a cloth. Only it doesn't. Complete waste of money, took a long time to arrive. Forget it don't buy.

Delivered to the wrong address and didn't take responsibility for it.
I reached out to "customer service" and all they did is tell me the "driver team had been informed". No follow up email, just asked me to trust they would deliver on their promise.
2 days later I receive this email:
"hi
Could you please provide a picture of your doorstep so that we can verify the issue
The address I saw in the system is:(my correct address) the address you gave me in the email is:(my correct address)
They are same,So the driver didn't deliver to the wrong address."
Days later I found my package at the WRONG address. Fortunately the other building saved it for me, but they DID deliver to the wrong address...

I give them zero stars. They allow drivers to steal your packages and call you a liar when u contact them WITH VIDEO PROOF. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE THIEVES
Scammy Shipping
I purchased from Temu, and it has been 8 days with no tracking updates. It just says still in the warehouse. At first, they replied and said it was due to high-volume orders. After that, they quit responding, even when the bot said it was getting a rep. They are not trustworthy and take things they can't deliver. It is like the warehouse is in chaos.

This is the worst courier I've ever had the misfortune of having to wait on. They are very delayed in shipping and their delivery people suck. They keep leaving my packages in the lobby of my building. I've messaged them many times asking them to bring to my apt door but they don't. My packages keep being stolen as a result of them leaving my packages in the lobby. I never want them delivering to me. China should investigate this courier and also the U. S. My Temu package was handled and "delivered" by them. However, I never saw the package in the delivered address (apartment mailroom) following the photo instructions. When I tried to contact them, I kindly provided my address for them to check, but I left a typo in unit number. They caught this typo and kept saying because I left the wrong address and it's my fault. Even I clarified they still said I should change my address in system. It doesn't matter which unit it is as long as it's the mailroom of my apartment.
The communication was so bad with poor understanding. The customer service kept shirking responsibility.

Absolutely appealing. They have lied 4 days in a row saying they tried to deliver. We have cameras everywhere and no sign of a person trying to deliver. I paid a lot of extra money to have it delivered on time and I still don't have it. I called their number and no one spoke English. I emailed many times without response.

I have recently ordered 2 items via 2 different UK websites (I am in HK). Both companies informed me my package was on its way with Yanwen.
The first took 3 weeks to arrive. In HK it was transferred to SF Express. Yanwen did not inform me & I only found out because I have an account with SF Express.
My second package still has not arrived & the tracking system does not update. It says picked up 19 Oct in China. It is now 3rd Nov.
Yanwen do not respond to emails & none of their phone numbers work.

I've ordered TWICE from Printblur and they uses Yanwen Express. BOTH TIMES, they sent the packages to the WRONG ADDRESS! After I spoke to customer service the first time they STILL got it wrong. I don't know what is going on but ZERO STARS.
