I really want to thank you all for making this experience possible. I have enjoyed doing yoga and experiencing the benefits of yoga since I was twelve years old. WIth the cost of in person yoga teacher training near me, I never thought that I could afford to fulfill my dream of one day being able to personally share my love for yoga with others. I have struggled with chronic pain for many years, so pushing myself through fast pace programs has been met with intense days of burn out. This programme allowed me to move at my own pace, which varied throughout the two years.

I am really excited to continue learning and begin sharing my love of yoga with my community. Thanks to the Your Yoga Flow team, I can finally achieve my dreams. On top of achieving my dreams I now have a deeper understanding of yoga which I can carry with me everywhere I go. Throughout the course, I could tell that all the instructors really love yoga and enjoy sharing their passion. I really appreciated seeing such different personalities working together and separately throughout the program.

I have just completed the 200hr course. I lived every minute. Very professional, the teachers are excellent and so much support and extra classes and teaching within the Facebook group. I’ve already signed up to the 300hr course.
If you want to learn to tech yoga then this is your course.

I found the 200 Hour yoga program amazing! Very well organized, with professional videos, in a friendly and nice platform. I loved the way the course was put together, the order and the way all the content was taught, giving the students the knowledge to be able to build and to create the final practicum class. Also, I loved to learn from the different teachers, and I can see their dedication and passion to this program.

I loved this course. The part regarding special needs has inspired me to look at reaching out to special needs schools and offer free yoga for them. Something that I had never considered before. It was a well balanced course, logical and thought provoking. I became 60 when I started this course. I have started teaching one class a week after completing the 200 hour course. Both courses have given me a real purpose and ignited such energy within me to share yoga with others, young and old. Thank you so much. Jill

The faculty are encouraging, responsive and supportive. I highly recommend the Your Yoga Flow Online courses to anyone interested in learning more about yoga, or becoming a yoga instructor.

I really enjoyed the program and I have learned so much on how to teach children's yoga. Loved all the resources that have been recommended and as with my previous program I really appreciate the way the teachers present the classes and the connection and community that's building on Fb page, the support that I know its always there if need it.
At the end of the program i was confident enough to have my first class(even before submitting my practicum I have started teaching children) and the fact that we have to prepare a practicum for our last exam is a great tool because I had a first class done.

Absolutely loved the 200hrs and now the 175hrs advanced. I feel confident in my ability to teach after taking this training...can't wait for the next parts of the 500hrs.!!

I quite enjoyed this program, the content was amazing and the lectures were very helpful.

I found it challenging to complete the practicum for this course within the 40 min window, and felt a bit rushed with explaining postures and felt conflicted whether to provided modifications and explanation vs allowing silence and "space" for students to enjoy the pose. It felt a little bit rushed overall, but I hope my submission was well-received.

Your yoga flow has been an amazing course and I have loved every minute of it. The course has a fabulous structure, is filled with information not just about the anatomy of the body and postures but the history of yoga. This has helped me weave the roots of yoga into my practice. I completed the 200hr course and will definitely be taking a look at some of the others in the near future.

I found the course very good I had resentful completed my 60 yoga course but felt it was missing a lot of history and connections between the pose and knowledge. This course filled in all the missing information and helped me really integrate the knowledge into my practice and my teaching.

This course has completely changed my life!
During the Covid pandemic I used the increased time on my hands to re-evaluate the path that I wanted my life to take. After practising yoga for about fifteen years and reaping its amazing benefits, I decided that I wanted to deepen my knowledge and train to become a teacher in order to share my love and passion for yoga with others.
I researched many training courses and was initially a little sceptical about the 'YourYogaFlow' course as the cost of it seemed too good to be true when compared with all of the others on the market. However, looking into the course more carefully I realised that it was the perfect choice for me and that the low cost of the course was absolutely no reflection on its amazing quality rather that the aim of it was far more in line with the true spirit of yoga and not a money grabbing project.
The course content is sequenced beautifully and the teachers are so knowledgeable and engaging. It has taken me 19 months to complete due to a mixture of juggling work and family life but also because many aspects of the course inspired me to do lots of wider reading.
On successful completion of the course I now feel like a completely different person with a whole new perspective on life. In addition, I am now ready to share the wonderful gift of yoga.

I absolutely loved this program! I appreciated being able to go at my own pace through the material, setting my own schedule to work through the modules as time and energy allowed. I found the material all really useful and have printed much of it into a huge binder that I will use for reference (old school, but my style :)
The teachers were all helpful, supportive, kind, and generous in sharing their thoughts. I had been a little nervous when it came time to doing the practicum, mostly because I was worried about trying to fit all the required elements in and not forget anything. It was really nice to be continually reminded through the teacher videos in the practicum section that some mistakes were ok and even expected, because that took the pressure off. When I received the instructor feedback comments on my practicum, I was blown away by how kind, supportive, and thorough my examiner was. I was in tears reading the lovely things she said about my practicum video, and have been floating a little since receiving the feedback.
I had no real expectations about what this course would be like, I just thoroughly enjoyed all the journey (except for maybe some of the anatomy parts -- not the teachers' fault, just... a lot.... of body stuff -- necessary, I know :) )
Thank you all for putting together such a compassionate, informative, and comprehensive program. I will indeed recommend it to anyone seeking to further their yoga journey.

I recently completed the 200 hour YTT and cannot say enough how completely amazing The Yoga Teacher Training offered with Your Yoga Flow has been.
The curriculum and all the information is thorough and comprehensive and presented in an easy to understand and apply format. The online program has been very easy to navigate through and any time that there are any questions at all the teachers are very quick to respond and are so helpful in any way they can be.

I really enjoyed the online option that I could do at my own pace and while I probably could have paced myself better that's on me and was definitely a great lesson and learning experience, so that in my future trainings I can better plan my progress.

I am so glad that I chose Your Yoga Flow to start my yoga teacher training, the faculty are SO easy to communicate with, very relatable and made me feel at home right from my first moment of contact.

Having the community group as well has been absolutely amazing and definitely acts as another wonderful resource not just as a community of other students and alumni but as a platform for even more incredible knowledge and skills sharing, i doubt very much that many other YTT send their students off with such a diverse array of knowledge.

I hope to continue my teacher training journey with Your Yoga Flow and have already registered for more, as it is such a wonderful school and also an amazing community of incredible humans

Firstly, THANK YOU so much! This course has got me through a very difficult last year. I was diagnosed with a chronic illness just after signing up and the faculty couldn't have been kinder and more encouraging that I continue. The whole course is set up for total inclusivity. At YourYogaFlow yoga truly is for everyone.

I have loved every part of this course. It's just the right balance of traditional yoga with modern science. The faculty are just lovely. The Facebook group wonderful. Although 'online' you are never alone and fully supported by faculty who, by the end of the course, you feel you know very well even though you never met them face to face. Excellent, I can't recommend this community enough.

I found the program really easy to follow.
Loved the videos and the link to yoga sessions on the app.
The quizzes work really well to prep the written exam.
The community support is amazing and the new Q&A on your yoga flow is so useful.

I have absolutely loved the 200 hour program, thank you! My learning journey with you has been a joy from start to finish.
I call it a journey because, boy, it has been....18 months ago I lost movement in the right side of my body. Not even my fingers and toes were wanting to wiggle.
I was already enrolled in your program and had dreamed of becoming an adult yoga instructor for nigh on 40 years.. No way was a lack of movement going to stop me now! It was a challenging time, but I never doubted I would get better.
I don't think I would have recovered as well as I have without your wonderful teaching and guidance to spur me on. Your program and teachings are perfect.

After much searching and researching I took the plunge and registered to take the 200hr YTT course with Your Yoga Flow. I am SO HAPPY I chose this course it was so well rounded, a great mixture of theoretical and practical work.
All the tutors come across as genuine, knowledgeable and humble with a natural love of yoga and all the different elements of the curriculum.

I started this program a year ago and it has been truly transformative! I am absolutely thrilled to be part of such an encouraging community. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed this program. I have been practicing for 27 years and took this course at a time of transition in my life with the intent it was just for me. Awesome course. I have to say, the video lecture on anatomy is one of the best things relating to yoga that I have ever seen! I feel that everyone who does yoga should have to watch this!!!!
