I've worked with YourShortList now via three different Managed Service providers for Lead Gen and the team have always delivered high quality leads, account management and ROI.

And the cost per lead model is ideal for any organisation looking to trial YourShortList without long term commitment.

Having worked with Dannii and the team at YourShortlist for the past two years, we've consistently received SQLs and some MQLs that meet our criteria. Their team pre-qualifies leads based on our specifications and passes them on when they meet the standards. The portal is user-friendly and easy to navigate, with an effective passback system if needed. Overall, it's a valuable resource—worth trying!

I have worked with Dannii and Your shortlist for a number of years and have found this to be a good experience. The outcomes of some of these leads has been very positive resulting in some leads converting to orders.

I signed up with YSL three months ago and so far so good. 4 good leads out of 8 so a 50% hit rate. I had no issue with returning the 4 leads that turned into dead ends for a full refund. You are assigned a dedicated Account Manager who helps you with your journey. Kudos to Megan for looking after me.

This is a very useful resource. After providing details of our potential requirements they put us in touch with some excellent companies with some very innovative ideas. Time is a very valuable resource which these guys saved us lots of. Sometimes you do not know what you need until you find out what is out there. Unsere anfängliche Zusammenarbeit mit YourShortlist begann vielversprechend. In Vorgesprächen mit dem Vertriebler, Herrn Fritsch, betonten wir die Besonderheiten unseres Geschäftsmodells. Er versicherte uns, dass dies kein Hindernis darstelle und gab uns Hoffnung auf großartige neue Projekte durch einen qualifizierten Partner.

Nach Vertragsabschluss erhielten wir zunächst einige Leads. Leider stellte sich nach einigen Monaten heraus, dass diese für unser Business unbrauchbar waren. Wobei die Anzahl der Leads über den ganzen Zeitraum sehr gering war.

Schließlich haben wir versucht, Kontakt aufzunehmen und unser Geld zurückzufordern, da die Aussicht auf geeignete Leads gleich null war.

Unsere Versuche, die Situation zu klären und eine Rückerstattung zu erwirken, blieben erfolglos:
• 13.06.2024: E-Mail an Frau Johnson mit detaillierter Auflistung der erhaltenen Leads (1x Juni, 1x Mai, 5x April) - keine Antwort
• 19.06.2024: Erinnerung an Frau Johnson, Herr Fritsch in CC - keine Antwort
• 24.06.2024: Kontaktaufnahme über getintouch@yourshortlist - keine Antwort bis heute

Für eine Investition von 5.000 € haben wir keine adäquate Leistung erhalten. Die fehlende Reaktion auf unsere Kommunikationsversuche und das Fehlen direkter Kontaktmöglichkeiten lassen Zweifel an der Seriosität des Unternehmens aufkommen.

Wir raten dringend von einer Zusammenarbeit mit YourShortlist ab und empfehlen, alternative und vor allem seriöse Anbieter in Betracht zu ziehen.

Signed up, had 1 decent leads in 12 months. When you show interest in a decent lead, they reply a day later saying it's gone. Have taken about 4 leads, DM's don't reply to emails or calls, their qualified leads don't seem interested.

They seem to have buried the bad reviews amongst hundred of 5* ones on Trust Pilot, wonder if they are legit?

Every month they try and sell me new services, can I just have the one I signed up for please? Latest hack, is they give me access to their web portal, they insist I use it, now they want to charge me for using it or wait a week to receive the useless 'lead' emails. Any that are any good are gone within minutes, anything left at the end of the week will be rubbish. Last straw.

Complete scam. Their sales people will tell you these reviews are from people not following procedures but that is far from the truth. Leads are supposed to go through multiple quality checks but are either written with over the top AI or full of mistakes. Not one lead has there been a genuine opportunity. They also completely changed the product they offered mid way through the agreement. Every time we provide constructive feedback to our account manager she denied the problem and gives us the same scripted response. Worst supplier experience I have had in my 20 year career

Abbiamo sottoscritto un contratto con 10 lead e sono arrivati tutti e 10 lead farlocchi, nessun contatto valido, nessun numero di telefono esistente, niente di niente.
Abbiamo scritto tempestivamente chiedendo di attribuirci altri lead e la loro risposta testuale è stata la seguente:
"Ciao Teresa,
I paccheti dei leads non si possono fare a titolo gratuito ma a pagamento, come nella mail precedente.
Gratuiti sono i leads che vi regalo.
Attendo tue.
Un saluto,"

In pratica ci volevano restituire dei lead gratuitamente a patto che ne acquistassimo altri.

ovviamente essendo una società con sede fuori dall'Italia la contestazione legale è pressochè impossibile.

No recomendaría esta empresa en ningún caso.

Ni un solo lead útil y muchas horas perdidas con ellos. Los supuestos clientes no están interesados y, cuando lo están, ya te llegan muy mareados y quemados. En su momento recibíamos leads con contenido erróneo que nos acababan reembolsando, pero ahora la redacción de los mismos es muy abierta, dando lugar a engaño.

Una vez se acerca la finalización de tu bolsa de leads, no aceptan ninguna devolución y, ante las quejas, te ofrecen devolverte los leads engañosos contratando nuevos leads. En resumen, una experiencia frustrante y nada recomendable.
