I do not know where to start. Carlo, Dave and James have been absolutely phenomenal. If they were to write a book on the sale of my house, it would be a definitive best seller. Leading up to the selling of my house, they kept me up to date with pertinent graphical statistics as to the interest of my house, which helped me to decide a realistic guide price, which in turn had then generated a long list of viewings. Their negotiation skills have been second to none by achieving the right price that I had sought out for the house. Moreover, the efforts, influence and hard work displayed by Carlo and Dave that got me through to Exchange of Contracts had been outstanding, by chasing the Solicitors, Buyers and Purchasers of the chain, keeping me abreast of any changes on the way and then swiftly getting everyone to an agreed completion date. Highly recommended if you want to sell your house to achieve your set price and to ensure every cog in the wheel moves efficiently.

We first met Carlo of your Your Key Move when we viewed a property they we selling , we called on a Sunday and within 2 hours we had a viewing , whilst we didn’t buy the property we were sold on their friendly , efficient and professional manner; so when we recently decided we wanted to market our property they were our choice.
