No communication. It’s been a week already. She hasn’t responded to the emails sent to her support email, for account inaccessibility.
No answering customer service questions or emails
My subscription is ACTIVE until June first week and after 4 days of seeing lack of communication, entitled attitude and insult by her and the members for simply voicing that she should be active during all the hours not just active until she makes her own money and that’s about it, day is done kind of attitude. She also does her own errands runnings and business meetings while she is running the alerts, which questions the ethics and reliability of her monthly subscription. She also has the work operations set to 7am -4pm but she is only active for a mere few minutes, once she makes her own money, she is done for the day. Alerts or no alerts, the attitude you will receive is mind boggling by her looking down upon you. Do not fall for praises on her social media, they are fabricated and not true.
Many members have said the same views and I was muted from the chat for simply voicing the feedback, which means I received no alerts or even had the chance to receive alerts or communicate. She screenshot a comment but overlooked the comment where she called the me as entitled, victim mentality and also overlooked where her own members called b word and moan and insulted the customer for simply stating that she is not active, her followers are not responsible for answering questions on her behalf, she should be active. I paid for the service, how can I not question the value of my money and your platform. When you are only active for few minutes until you have made your money, then pure silence. You treat this as $5/day, it’s not, it’s a monthly subscription. Have the audacity to take the feedback rather than lie, scam and be silent on communication and poor customer service.
She also lied about her stocks being halal. They are not halal. Some she uses are halal and that is very seldom. Everyday she is using non shariah compliant sticks. The CEO saying the stocks are halal, which is a lie. Please do your due diligence through Zoya or Mustafa App. I joined simply because she confirmed they were halal on many platforms. Which later I found it’s not halal.So Muslims making money from her haram stocks investments should think twice before using their wins as it’s not halal income. A haram income will come easy as they say and a halal income comes with struggles. Do not devalue your day job or your efforts in your degree or education or work. Efforts are always appreciated. Easy money or as they say quick money is not the long run and should never be appreciated or gloated about.
She also doesn’t post her real wins but just videos stuff. So authenticity needs to be questioned. I didn’t read any negative reviews before joining but after seeing it myself and later the negative comments emerging, I saw that my thoughts were not different from what people wrote about her. A scam artist.
Her channel has broken links which means they don’t work and people paid money to a scam artist. Her members answers people question and she seldom responds back. If she does it’s very vague so making you or forcing you to take her courses. As someone who talks so much on social media that she is the best and she will teach you everything is a LIE. She will never talk about it on app so even if she makes you or the frustrationputs you to take her courses, you will still not be able to understand her state, because the CEO doesn’t share it.
The CEO attitude and entitlement and rude behaviour is to question. Because anyone who speaks truth or calls you out on your scam, you instantly block them. Why are you afraid if your platform and your ethics are truthful.
It’s been days since my subscription access is not working and she is unresponsive, my subscription ends next month
