They were prepared to give the extra effort to satisfy ones queries or concerns.

These guys are fantastic, and really know investment funds. I completed the free fund review, to find that I am 'factually' invested in absolutely terrible funds. It turns out that the adviser I have been using for 12 years does not know fund performance at all. I showed him the report, and his reply confirmed he does not have a clue when faced with factual information...to be continued...

As an independent investor i was concerned that my portfolio was not performing to its best. I have a portfolio of managed funds that is performing poorly. My question to Sean Deery of ukmoneysite.com was 'Can I do better than this?'. I was referred to ukmoneysite from a family friend. I had a brief conversation, sent me pension and ISA fund information and received a free review on my funds - obviously skeptical when I get anything for free - but the report was excellent but alarming. Most of my funds were in the worst 50% of performers. My so called adviser was replaced immediately, and I have also subscribed to their data service to keep an watchful eye on our investment fund choice.
