Bad Service
When i came for Counselling, I already had admit to IU university as per your councilor words I refused that admit since she mentioned that it is not recognized college and she will help me to get into recognized university in Germany for 2023 winter Intake. But when i got University list the same College was mentioned.
So second thing i still continued to proceed with the universities that was mentioned hoping will get into any Public University, But the service that was provided was slow and for a Month I was given Mixed Response. Due to the Late Admission was Not able to Proceed With any process. 3 Education Loan Rejected. My APS certificate got Delayed , Because of that I was not able to apply for visa. already the classes has Started, and this intake is not Practically Possible. When I came to counselling if Correct information was Provided and Informed that this intake in not possible, I would have Accepted IU university and also, I wouldn't have wasted 4 months. Neither Would have Taken This Service. Very bad ServiceNow they are refusing to provide refund and stopped responding to mail and They haven't proper Justification.
Next intake is not possible since I wanted to Move out from India due to person reason, I would request you to re consider this request and Provide fair conclusion.
