Xavier impressed us with his very detailed spec, competitively priced. He kept to schedule whatever the weather despite the winter weather and the quality of the finished projects is very good. He also managed to overcome a few shortfalls in the architect's design and has a great eye for detail.
His approach was flexible and practical, and he communicates well.
The whole team were a pleasure to have around - polite, non-intrusive and accommodating when necessary.
We can't recommend them highly enough.

Many issues and problems with the work done by Xavier Banks Ltd.
Xavier is ghosting us, and is seems to think if he ignores us the issues will go away.

Xavier Banks Ltd state on their website, “What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to client satisfaction”. Really Xavier? Well we aren’t satisfied, and we are still waiting for responses to emails sent weeks ago, some months ago, and issues raised in site meetings. Indeed Xavier is currently ignoring our formal complaint. It seems your commitment doesn’t extend to actual client satisfaction, Xavier, it seems it is just rhetoric.

Xavier Banks Ltd go on to state, “…we ensure every detail is meticulously executed, providing you with exceptional craftsmanship and quality.” This certainly has not been our experience - check out the photos on the Google review.
Xavier Banks Ltd, go on, “At Xavier Banks Building Contractors…we deliver outstanding results that exceed expectations.” – well we had some basic expectations that we would be left with a level new floor, drainpipes would be attached, bathrooms would be fitted without lots of damage, all the radiators would be installed, and we would have a fully functioning central heating system - but Xavier has abandoned the project, is ignoring our requests to complete the work, and has left us a myriad of issues, including: gaps where there should be radiators, unusable sink, damaged bathrooms, and a kitchen floor that isn’t level!

Xavier Banks Ltd, go on, “We pride ourselves on…maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.” - this didn’t prevent Xavier Banks Ltd posting a video of our property online, promoting his business, despite the fact we had specifically told him he did not have our permission to do this. And waking up in the morning and finding a mountain of used tea bags and rubbish left leaking all over our floorboards outside the room we were living in during the renovations, and food and drinks rubbish scattered around our house. The numerous deeply inappropriate conversations by workers, and radios blasting out all day long - is this professional, and is it acting with integrity?

Are you ever going to respond to our communications Xavier and come back and put right the huge list of issues, and actually complete the work you promised to do, and were contracted for? Or are you going to leave our family without radiators into winter?
