Nathalia was a great technician and an all round good person

Nathalia was fantastic and so incredibly helpful. Came within hours of us phoning to drain and refuel our petrol tank and she did the job so quickly and efficiently. 100 percent I will be using this service again.

I stupidly put unleaded petrol into my diesel car at the weekend. My local garage gave me the number for Wrong Fuel Doctor and I was delighted with their overall service. The lady who took my call explained everything very clearly and was very helpful. The mechanic (Attila?) arrived ahead of schedule and was very calm and professional. He went about his business very efficiently and had my tank and fuel lines drained and refilled with Diesel in about 30 minutes. It wasn’t great to realise that I had made this expensive mistake, but I would strongly recommend this company to get you back on the road.

Having filled our diesel tank with 40 lts of petrol and driven a couple of miles I feared the worst. My car breakdown service would only offer a tow to a dealer and transport to home about 40 miles away.
I found Wrong fuel Doctor from a quick Google search. They arrived within their promised time, and Natalia proved to be brilliant. After emptying and flushing the system the car wouldn’t start at first but Natalia, unflustered continued to work until success was achieved within a few minutes. She is calm, reassuring and knows her stuff. Brilliant.

Nathalia came to my rescue and not only that she was very empathetic , kind , polite and very Patient.

It was extremely cold on that day

We’ve all done it or know someone who has put the wrong fuel in their car. I’d managed to chuck 11 litres of diesel in a petrol car and driving it, till it stopped. Wrongfueldoctor sent Attila out to me who was a saviour. Polite and quick and very knowledgeable. Was very happy when eventually Attila came to save the day. He was very good. Didn’t take as long as I thought. I wasn’t very confident about the whole situation + he kept telling me not to worry.
In the morning she started first time.
Though Attila didn’t leave much petrol. So was worrying about getting to nearest petrol station.
But over all very happy with service. Won’t want to use them again but not for bad reasons but wouldn’t want to find myself in the same situation

Petrol in diesel - service was remove all fuel and add 6L of diesel. Total cost £264 vat included . I have been offered a bottle of cleaner for a extra £50 which I opted not to buy. Waiting time was 3 hours . Very polite and professional guy that offered a few free advices.
