Absolutely awful company that pressure people into paying deposits claiming a 'today only discount' and effectively steal people's money. I'm naming and shaming all at the Luton showroom for their dirty underhand tactics to make money at all costs. After my retired parents wished to cancel and no longer do a kitchen update, they have refused to return the deposit since May. This request was initiated 2 days after the design consultation with Akifah when nothing had been finalised, nothing ordered, no date decided on. Akifah did a design my parents did not like, claimed their basic wishes such as a corner storage unit couldn't be incorporated (when their current kitchen already has one) and said a deposit can be paid to secure the 'dicount price' then tweeks made to the design later. My father contacted Akifah to cancel the kitchen all together and requested the refund, she didn't acknowledge anything only to say they'll lose the discount if they cancel. I went to the showroom weeks later with my father, to be told only managers can authorise refunds and spoke to Oliwia who was going to deal with it. 2 weeks later, no money returned. My parents called the showroom again. Another manager stated Oliwia no longer worked there, was aware of the situation and will call back after a meeting. He never called my parents back. We're 2 months on from initially asking for a refund, still nothing. We're going through other means to get the money back, but why is it being held hostage in the first place? Unacceptable.

AVIOD! Zero stars! Do not recommend. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! HQ you’re on hold for hours, only to be told “we’ll send an email” no one there seems to know anything or you get information that someone the next day will tell you is incorrect, no one calls you back, EVER! Our field installation manager was so incompetent she refused to pass it up to their manager when it was clear she was out of her depth.
The store you brought it for can’t/won’t help other than “send an email”
It’s so disappointing when you’ve spent thousands for a subpar fitted kitchen with dozen of issues dealing with an incompetent customer service department.
I wouldn’t trust them to fit a two piece jigsaw puzzle together.
Horrible experience.

Very happy. Saleem was very helpful with our kitchen refurbishment. He was punctual, meticulous with the calculations and happyly share measurement with the structural engineer and the builders to exchange impressions. Thank you Wren!

My kitchen journey with Wren has been fantastic from start to finish. Good communication is important to me and I have always been kept in the loop at every stage. The design part was fun and easy, my kitchen was turned around in 5 weeks - it’s just finished and I’m delighted!! Quality of everything is really really good too. Had a couple of minor replacement items, but these are being replaced easily and quickly. Would highly recommend Wren Kitchens.

All great good communication and manner in the house

We initially visited the Merry Hill Wren store to have two bedrooms designed and paid a deposit for one of them. We later discovered that the design we had been sold did not comply with fire safety regulations. We were informed by another designer, who described himself as one of the company’s best designers, that the design should never have been approved because it was against fire regulations. He also told us that the designer who created it had since left the company.

Despite repeatedly telling the original designer that we were very busy and would return to the store when we were ready, we were constantly contacted with phone calls once or twice a week, which became very frustrating.

My wife then visited the Kidderminster store, where a member of staff persuaded us to continue with Wren and redesigned the bedroom for us. We agreed, booked the installation, and paid in full. We were assured that the installation would take just one day, so we completely emptied our bedroom and disposed of all our furniture beforehand.

Unfortunately, the installation did not go as promised. Instead of taking one day, the work was spread over two days that were nearly two weeks apart. This left us without a usable bedroom for over two weeks, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

To make matters worse, Wren’s communication throughout the entire process has been extremely poor. We submitted a formal complaint about everything we experienced, from the incorrect initial design through to the installation issues. We have also made complaint phone calls and sent several follow-up emails, yet three months later we have still received no meaningful response.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. From being sold a design that breached fire regulations, to poor communication, delays, and a complete lack of customer service afterwards, we feel badly let down. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Wren to anyone.
