I originally left a review detailing my experience with Wren, which included flawed design plans, incorrect and damaged items, delivery issues and a kitchen that is still affected by the consequences of the original design.

Wren publicly replied to my review stating they wanted to “investigate the matter further” and “assist in resolving the outstanding issues with my kitchen.” I took them at their word and contacted Customer Care in good faith.

Unfortunately, I have now been told that nothing will be reviewed, nothing will be reconsidered and no further resolution will be offered.

This left me extremely disappointed because the public response gave the impression that Wren genuinely wanted to help, whereas the private response simply repeated that the case was closed.

Throughout this process I have spent months emailing, making phone calls and exhausting every available route. I even contacted the CEO on three separate occasions without receiving a single acknowledgement.

Before the Ombudsman process, Wren offered goodwill payments of up to £450, recognising my dissatisfaction. Following the Ombudsman’s decision, those offers disappeared completely, despite the kitchen and my experience remaining exactly the same.

I spent over £7,000 on what I believed would be a professionally designed kitchen. Instead, I have been left with a kitchen that still suffers from the consequences of the original design, and a customer service experience that has been incredibly disappointing from beginning to end.

My advice to anyone considering Wren is simple: if everything goes perfectly, you’ll probably be happy. But if something goes seriously wrong, my experience has been that resolving it can be extremely difficult.

Following on from a complaint I made, I was contacted by the case manager Rebekah. She was very nice, she listened to my complaint and didn't try to make excuses. Rebekah had excellent customer service, she kept me informed with all aspects of the resolution and even personally checked my items were top quality and they were packaged securely before being dispatched. She's an asset to Wren

The surveyor O Firouzia came on time, and was courteous and professional. I was impressed by his thouroughness. He explained what he was doing and why. My experience with Wren has so far been very good. Still need to have a meeting with the designer, but so far ,so good.

I am currently on holiday and expected my kitchen to be finished when i returned but it wont be now. First of all , my kitchen fitter rang me yesterday to tell me that the surveyor that measured the kitchen had left a 300mm gap where you can see the pipework to the sink . Today i received another call off him to say the panels to the units were the wromg size so he cant start the install until they arrive. Honestly, this is very poor from a supposedly reputable company. Never again will i use Wren for anything !!

Avoid Wren at all costs! Would rate 0 stars if this was possible.

Ordered a kitchen through Wren back in January, the design process was actually enjoyable and exciting when in branch. After we paid our deposit in May and arranged for the Wren install, all went downhill from there.
The Wren installer completed a pre fit where he highlighted numerous issues that required resolving before the install date, electrics and plumbing works which exceeded £1000.
Kitchen was delivered as planned with no issues but on installation, the fitter realised the measurements were incorrect and the install was not proceeded. That was 4th July.
Since, Wren have been out to remeasure, new units have arrived but no installation date can be even provisionally put in place.
Emails take at least 24 hours to be responded to, hours and hours on hold to the customer service line whilst we live with boxes over the whole of our downstairs, only access to water that we have is in the upstairs bathroom and living off air fried food.
Current state is, we have a wren kitchen, in boxes, with no date for installation and wren seemingly couldn’t care less! They even had the audacity to propose that we find our own fitter, even though we have forked out more than £4k for Wren to do this for us.
Meanwhile, we have full time jobs and try to coordinate phone calls, emails and living in a bomb site.

Do not buy through this company, months of issues and still no kitchen despite spending £20k with this company! Not good enough.
