My second order with Wren. The first was the new kitchen. Wow! So many compliments. 4 years later after moving home we have had our second order fitted by Wren. This time it’s for our dressing room. Another Wow! Well done Wren.

I can honestly say Wren has been the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with in my 63yrs. I had issues with the planning stage and that in itself should have raised a red flag. I have paid over £30,000 cash and am at the end of week 6 of installation and am sitting with an exposed sink unit because I have been sold a sink and unit that is not compatible and this was only highlighted after it was installed. I’m sick trying to get it resolved and nobody in Wren gives a straight forward truthful answer. I’m still sitting with this.

I’m also sitting with a cooker hood installed but can’t use as they forgot to wire it up over a week ago. I was told they would be here after 8am yesterday to sort issue and guess what!! Surprise surprise, no show and that has been the consistent practice since day 1 of installation.

I’m also sitting with a whole load of rubbish waiting to be uplifted and it’s still not been lifted.

They are shocking and the after sales service is terrible. I can honestly say if I had to list the issues we’ve had I would run out of space. They have taken all joy out of getting a new kitchen as it has caused nothing but stress and grief.

Natalie has been so helpful ringing me to check on progress and sorting out any issues very promptly and efficiently.

I was changing a part of my original design to suit something that wouldn’t work. Jack on your customer service team, couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and quick to understand. Great service!

Micheal Herdman came to measure my kitchen. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He was very respectful. Even asked if i wanted him to cover his shoe's before entering my home. We chatted and he explained everything. Very happy

Order#50542232, after spending £9,000 on new kitchen with your company, the least you can offer is some level of good customer service. I have sent a couple of emails to your customer service team, none of it has been acknowledged. I requested a call from Daniel Needham two weeks ago, till today no call, but when he was trying to sell me the kitchen he was very proactive and calling every day but now he has gone quiet. Absolutely poor after sales service.

Spoke to Bethanie at wren and she understood my needs and made the ordering experience for the additional items extremely painless. Thanks Bethanie

We had to change our appointment time with Darren Atkinson, but he fitted us in, and arrived at the new time.
He has given us some good ideas of a change, and now we have to sit down with a designer.

Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. Delivery service was great. C Avery kept us advised and was on time.

Bethanie was extremely helpful in arranging a collection of two items, the service was excellent.

Friendly and efficient guys that delivered our kitchen to the room of choice.
A damaged item was noticed by our builder. The delivery drivers were accommodating and reported it back to Wren, alongside myself via the app.

Amanda from Customer Service was absolutely fantastic. I’d been experiencing ongoing delivery issues and, despite calling for several days, I hadn’t been able to get things resolved.

Amanda completely turned the experience around. She took the time to go through everything with me properly, listened to my concerns and arranged a new delivery date. She also went above and beyond by refunding some of our delivery costs, which will really help towards the additional cost we’re now having to pay our fitter.

I couldn’t be happier with the service Amanda provided. She was incredibly helpful, understanding and genuinely seemed to care about getting the issue sorted for us. She is a real credit to the Customer Service team – thank you so much, Amanda!

I wanted to leave a review for the two fantastic young men who delivered my Wren kitchen this morning, they were an absolute credit to the company.
From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, cheerful, professional and incredibly helpful. Despite being very young, they conducted themselves with such respect and had impeccable manners throughout the delivery. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
I was particularly impressed with the care they took when handling my kitchen, rather than rushing they took their time to ensure everything was moved and positioned carefully, treating my new kitchen as if it were their own.
Unfortunately for them, one unit had been thoughtlessly loaded incorrectly right at the back of the lorry behind three other kitchens! Rather than leaving it and arranging to return later, these two went above and beyond to find a solution, working incredibly hard so that my delivery could be completed in one visit.
Their positive attitude, work ethic and commitment to excellent customer service really stood out. They are a real asset to Wren and deserve recognition for the exceptional service they provided. Thank you both for making what could have potentially been a stressful delivery experience, into a positive one, and so easy and pleasant.
