Wren Kitchens Omdömen 

Having had three weeks of poor service and communication from Wren during and after delivery we were finally called directly by Jordan. He listened to the issues we had tried to have addressed numerous times, asked questions that made sense and was happy to help. He was patient, not at all patronising and effective in resolving our complaint. I only wish the two previous customer service staff members and the Maidstone store manager had offered the same courtesy. If you're reading this review and have an option to request that Jordan in Yorkshire deal with your complaint, I totally recommend you do that.

Tim came out today to measure up for our new kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was incredibly approachable and friendly from the moment he arrived, and he showed real patience and understanding with our SEN child, which meant a lot to us as a family.

He carried out all the measurements quickly and professionally, causing minimal disruption to our day, and had everything wrapped up within an hour. The whole visit felt smooth, respectful, and stress‑free.

Would highly recommend Tim for anyone looking for a reliable and considerate kitchen specialist.

We chose Wren expecting a premium product and customer service to match. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite.

From the start, we encountered numerous issues including discrepancies between the signed-off design and what was installed, damaged items, templating problems and changes made after sign-off. Resolving these issues took months of our time and required extensive correspondence.

What has disappointed us most is the lack of communication. We have repeatedly had to chase for responses, and several substantive emails have gone unanswered, including correspondence to senior management after our complaint was closed without resolving the outstanding issues.

More recently, our kitchen was completed in June, and we discovered what appears to be a hairline crack in our newly installed sink. We contacted Wren immediately, provided photographs and asked for advice. Once again, we have received no acknowledgement or response.

Throughout the process we have remained reasonable, responsive and willing to reach an amicable settlement. We have never expected perfection, but we did expect accountability and basic customer service when problems arose.

The quality of a company is measured not by whether things go wrong, but by how they put them right. Sadly, our experience has been one of repeated delays, poor communication and unanswered correspondence. After months of trying to resolve matters constructively, we have been left feeling that Wren simply does not engage once a complaint becomes difficult.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Wren Kitchens.

Very easy home measure up by L Der Merwe for the home survey team. Quick to measure and helpful chat about the future fit up.

Wren failed to deliver my kitchen. On Wednesday the 29th of July. Since then no one has reached out about re delivery. My installation starts on Monday. I have waited on hold to “customer care” everyday for over an hour each time, to be told someone will be in contact. No one has been. The showroom say it’s not there issue and customer care show zero care for my situation. No idea when my kitchen is coming. Would NOT recommend.

Paul arrived at the arranged time. He was friendly in his approach and introduced himself with a smile and a handshake. He offerred to remove his shoes.

T marks came to measure our kitchen and he was amazing, kind and very reassuring of the work that needs to be carried out. Very friendly and understanding. Great experience!

We had L Albrow visit to measure up our kitchen. Througout he was friendly and polite, explained the process and answered all questions.

WREN TOOK 18 months to complete my kitchen . I can only begin to tell you the issues ive had with them and they did offer compensation but it pales in comparison to what they put our family through . I would avoid if I were you .
