The team were respectful of our apartment and explained how they were going to stack the delivery.
Very professional

Not impressed with Wren Kichens. Demanding sales drive techniques used to force me to sign up for the product even though the drawings were inaccurate and not up to my needs. As soon as I changed some of the cabinets off of the my order to reduce the price its strangely became impossible for final plans to be completed and I was told to go with my other quote. Do not agree to signing up for a Wren Kichen until you are fully happy with the service expected. I wouldn’t use again or recommend.

C Tulip did a great thorough job of measuring our existing kitchen and showed us the plan on his laptop once done.

So organised, delivered everything where we wanted it to go with care & precision, explained the delivery process from start to finish & took care with every item. Had a visit from M Rennolds today to measure up our new kitchen. He was very professional, polite and courteous. He Arrived on time and was done in 15 minutes. Had a nice chat with him, lovely fella.

Just when you think a company can’t disappoint you more these guys keep on giving. Made complaint about the appalling service received in June and 10 days being left without water due to wren delivery issue as well as multiple delivery issues. Eventually had contact from Taylor a manager dealing with complaints. He was seemingly great promises made, refund issued as compensation, snag issues taken forward in space of few days. Was asked to leave positive feedback which I did. 10 days on nothing promised had been delivered. Refund of delivery promised in 3 days, never arrived. Cheque refunding other costs promised within 10 days, no sign. Snags promised to be allocated - no reply. He’s closed my case immediately stating I can get in touch with him, not true. Two e mails sent a week ago one to him one to wren neither acknowledged. He said to call him direct but left no contact number. They do reply to bad reviews so I’m waiting with anticipation for promises made to be fulfilled. So disappointed by Wren.

My kitchen from Wren is beautiful and the integrated appliances are perfect. The customer service you provide is amazing. I phoned today and spoke to Natasha who is part of the aftercare department who was very helpful and professional and sorted out my little issue immediately. The whole process with Wren from the design and delivery as been incredible and I would highly recommend them.

After some unfortunate events during installation (our own installer), we had to replace quite a few parts. I called Wren and spoke with Richard who listened and was so very helpful. He talked me through what they can do to resolve the issues, when they can supply the parts, he helped with a very good price for the replacements, and generally just turned what had become a real headache into a calm and manageable situation.
I had actually delayed calling about this because I'd become so stressed about all things kitchen related, but he made this part so effortless and easy, and I couldn't be more appreciative of that.

Dal Shoker was simply the best from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, informative and always willing to offer helpful advice and suggestions.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was extremely responsive - replying to messages and emails even when he wasn’t at work. His professionalism, commitment and helpful attitude were exceptional throughout.
