A Hadnum arrived on time. He was very polite, and approachable.

Amazing two guys. Worked their way around a problem due to the surveyor getting something wrong re getting certain items upstairs. Arranged for those items to now come back flat packed. Could not rate them highly enough . Their names are Frazer and Dave.

Was kept informed on delivery time by M Craddock & colleague. Very pleasant lads, who brought in our delivery, positioning it in the best place available. Would definitely recommend Wren delivery.

We are absolutely delighted with the customer service we received from Dona. She was incredibly helpful, professional, friendly and genuinely caring throughout the whole process.

Dona went above and beyond to help us, patiently answering all our questions and making sure everything was explained clearly. It is very reassuring to know that there are people who truly care about their customers and are willing to do everything they can to help.

We have also had a very positive experience with the team at our local Wren store in Aberdeen. The level of customer service both in-store and through customer services has been outstanding.

A huge thank you to Dona for all her help and support. She is a real credit to Wren, and we are extremely grateful for everything she has done for us.

The delivery team showed up on time and were very quick and efficient at unloading to our chosen location. They were considerate and asked questions about specific details to ensure we were happy. They were very helpful and professional throughout.

Surveyor C Smith turned up when expected and kept in communication prior to appointment. Was clear in all aspects of what was being measure and why. Good overall service

The person who measured the space was on time polite and all round lovely on his visit, it didn’t take very long and promised all would be updated for my visit later that day. Sounds like they are very busy with staffing and he had taken on extra jobs and all with a smile!

I gave 1 star, only because I couldn’t give a lower grade. Kitchen agreement was on 27th Feb, the kitchen was finished 20thAugust ! Customer care non existent. Kitchen was unusable for 7 months. Bathroom was used for washing utensils. Untold misery. Units not delivered or unable to deliver into the property twice, delivery crew saying house was too small, a third time of delivery not all the components were included wasting my time and kitchen installation team further delays and costs. I lost 4 days holiday due to this amateur outfit.

Following the installation of my kitchen I discovered one door knob short. A quick phone call to Lexi at Wren and the shortfall was resolved. Very happy with the process.

Our recent experience with Wren kitchens has been excellent throughout from the initial design to final completion of our kitchen. The Wren App and customer care emails have been particularly useful, enabling us to keep track of our order details, share information with our kitchen and worktop fitters, Wren delivery timeline and to order replacement items afterwards. Our kitchen designer, Jordan Findlay, at our local Wren branch in Hemel Hempstead, was extremely helpful throughout, providing quality and professional design ideas and generating 3D views, patiently implementing all necessary changes during several design iterations, and finally helping us to submit cashback application to Bosch on completion of our kitchen project. We highly recommend Wren Kitchens and Jordan to anyone seeking to go through similar kitchen project.

Such a challenging company to deal with. Had lots of problems with my order, ended up cancelling. Two months later I still have not received my deposit. It’s really challenging to speak to anyone in customer services and they refuse to respond to complaints (not just that they haven’t responded, they said they won’t and never do).

My kitchen measuring experience was great. I had plenty of reminders and Jason called to let me know he was on his way. Jason was really friendly and helpful. He worked quickly and efficiently, providing a great service. Once he's completed the measure, he showed me how it would all appear on the design software and told me what to expect at the planning appointment. Jason Braker provided an excellent service all round.

Excellent delivery service by the two Wren delivery drivers. They were courteous and helpful and I was able to track the delivery on its travels. The delivery men kept in touch keeping me informed of estimated delivery. Excellent delivery service.

David was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Asset to your team.

Joseph in the Cumer Care team helped me today with redelivery request, where I have asked for a morning delivery slot of possible. He contacted the necessary team and assured me he would call me back after 24-48 hours.lnt9 confirm.

I booked two home appointments with Wren Bedrooms, one through Enfield and another through Edmonton. The first simply didn’t turn up and made an excuse. The second claimed a previous job had overrun and therefore couldn’t attend — yet when I called the showroom, he answered the phone from his office.
I sent several complaints and chasers to Customer Care and was repeatedly told the showroom manager would contact me. Nobody did. I was then told Customer Care could not help or escalate the complaint and the case was closed.
I have since contacted the new showroom manager for Enfield/Edmonton, and have once again been ignored.
Do not waste your time with this company. They clearly don’t need the business. I would also strongly suggest Wren invests in some customer service training, because based on my experience, their customer service is currently zero.
And please don’t respond to this review asking me for further information, as you have done previously, only to then ignore the complaint. It gives the impression publicly that you are dealing with the issue, when in reality nothing further happens.
