The process was easy from start to finish. Turned up when they said they would. Answered any questions that he could. Very polite and courteous by T Wells

I spoke with Natasha, who was very helpful and thorough when dealing with my problem. Her communication was very professional and very good, pre-warning me she needed to speak with a colleague that may take some time, but that the line would be kept open. She was articulate and very easy to understand.

Anna was so helpful and efficient at a very important delivery date. She was excellent

The handle on my tap fell off. Nothing broken or screw missing! Phoned Wren and they said it was not under guarantee anymore but they could install a new on or repair the old one. I chose to get a new one and Lucy has been so helpful all the way through and the new tap is arriving on Saturday for installation. Thanks Wren

Over the moon with our wren kitchen! Overall from measuring , design , delivery to completion and after sales has been a positive experience.
Our designer Jacob Mason did a perfect job with the design, listened to our requirements and suggestions and came up with some great ideas and suggestions too. He Sourced some fab deals on appliances for us as well!
We did have some damage to cupboard issues to deal with and again Jacob was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him, he really was an absolute treasure!
Replacement cupboards were ordered online via the app and dispatched and received promptly so again very happy with that. And all communication mostly via email was very regular and efficient
The plans and fitting instructions were perfectly detailed and the cabinets all fitted in more or less ok! Some did need a little more tweaking than others! But on the whole pretty good. Quartz fitting was well timed and without delaying project and fitting was good.
Overall very pleased with our whole experience from start to finish, would not hesitate to recommend wren kitchens rushden lakes. We love our new super sleek little kitchen !

A prompt pick up for my phone call. The lady who I think was called Caitlin was very polite and helpful and acted promptly to take actions to resolve the fault.

She arranged the delivery of the parts needed for the repair and an installer to carry out the work. She even rang him to check his availability and arrange a contact call with us, from him.
Throughout our telephone conversation she was courteous and polite and professional.

Really pleased with the home measure visit from O Firouzia. He was extremely professional, polite and respectful throughout. One small thing that really stood out to me was that he took his shoes off when entering my home without me even having to ask, which I really appreciated.

He carried out all the measurements efficiently and without causing any disruption, and he took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and clearly. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience, and I was very impressed with O Firouzia’s professionalism and customer service. Highly recommended.

L Browning was very friendly and efficient. He delt very well with the kids and the dog around him while he worked.

I placed a custom order with Wren, and I have to say that the sales assistant who helped us was incredibly helpful, friendly, and lovely throughout the ordering process. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill significantly when it came to installation.
The installer was extremely rude towards us and complained throughout the entire installation. He also left pencil marks all over the furniture and caused scuffs and damage to our brand-new furniture while installing it.

To make matters worse, not all of the shelves in our wardrobe were installed, and the installer appears to have forged our signature on the installation sign-off document. We certainly did not sign to confirm that the installation had been completed satisfactorily.

There are also issues with some of the drawers, which have not been installed properly and stick out slightly.

I raised my concerns with Wren, but unfortunately the response was simply that they were unaware of the issues, and my concerns were not properly addressed or resolved. Given the amount of money spent on new furniture, I expected a much higher standard of installation and customer service.

The installation and the way my subsequent complaint was handled have been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Wren.

So far our experience with Wren has been great ,Can definitely Wren to come and measure your rooms, a lovely gentleman man David attended , he wa ms on time , was polite , professional, chatty and knowledgeable.
Looking forward to our meeting with the store now to see how the next step comes along , if this is anything to go by , think we will be delight , he is a credit to your company , thank you ☺️
