Once bitten...
This is the second day after my kitchen delivery on Wednesday that i have had to report damaged items.Not ideal,but Liam put me at ease right away,educating me how to use Zoom and show him where and what the faults are on the video.Satisfied,he then organised the parts to be sent next Saturday the 29th.My experience with Liam ensured me that his customer service was excellent.Hope this is the last replacement i need for this new kitchen..Cheers Liam.

Darren Atkinson contacted me by text to confirm the appointment for the home survey, and for me to confirm the address. During the visit, Darren was pleasant, courteous and professional. He also answered questions that were within his remit.

great experience delivery
We had a great experience with the delivery of our kitchen. We were notified by text a couple days leading up to the delivery to advise if it was an AM or PM delivery. 15 mins before they arrived, they called me to say they were coming. Both very kind and helpful men. One of the boxes and units had been damaged in the delivery process and one of the men showed me how to re-order it through the app!!! Very happy! L Queen!!!

Georgina from Wren came out to take the measurements for our wardrobes and she was absolutely brilliant. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure all of the measurements were completely accurate. She explained everything clearly, answered any questions we had and made the whole process really easy and straightforward. She was a pleasure to deal with and a great representative for Wren. Really happy with the service — thank you, Georgina!

I recently bought a kitchen from Wren…
I recently bought a kitchen from Wren and have to say the customer service was the best iv experienced yet.We were well looked after by Gareth McFarland in the Boucher road store.He helped design our kitchen the way we wanted it and got everything down to our budget which we thought wasnt possible.He even got the vr set out and we were able to step into our new kitchen through the headset to see what it should look like.Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new kitchen.
