This is a review for a bedroom installation .
Whole process was easy and very seamless from design to delivery to installation and pick up of the rubbish.
Andy worked tirelessly to install a wardrobe set we are really pleased with - colour and design.
Sasha in the office tried to get our install as quick as poss even though we were moving house and held up the process.
Good work all round.

Working with Cristian Carcalea made the whole kitchen design experience very easy and we now have a lovely new kitchen. Cristian made lots of very useful recommendations and I would hight recommend him as a kitchen designer. Excellent communications throughout. In addition when we received a damaged work top, Wren supplied a replacement immediately.

The surveyor arrived exactly on time A Hadnum he was very professional and friendly, he answered all my questions which I was pleased with.

However we found Lauren in Customer service and she fully restored our faith in Wren. She took total control of the situation and provided excellent customer service.What a star!
The Delivery service was excellent too we felt so sorry for them as changes to their start times from 7.00am to 9.00am, has made them late all day to customers through no fault of their choosing.

Yet another day wasted by Wren Kitchens

The Wren saga continues — and somehow, just when I think the level of incompetence cannot get any worse, it does.

Today, Wren were supposed to collect the broken microwave that was originally installed despite being damaged.

We stayed at home waiting for the collection. The driver called several times and ultimately confirmed that he could not collect it.

Why?

Because Wren had sent an 18.5-tonne lorry to our home — on a road with a 7.5-tonne weight restriction.

You might reasonably think that mistakes happen.

Except Wren already knew about the restriction.

When our kitchen was originally delivered, Wren specifically asked about vehicle access and were told about the 7.5-tonne limit. They therefore had the information necessary to arrange a suitable vehicle.

Yet today, someone apparently thought an 18.5-tonne truck was appropriate to collect one broken microwave.

The result?

Another day of our time wasted. Another failed appointment. The microwave is still here. And yet another example of the extraordinary catalogue of failures we have experienced throughout this purchase and installation.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is Wren’s approach to communication.

Emails to customer services can seemingly sit unanswered for days. Questions remain unanswered. Complaints drag on.

Yet post a critical review on Trustpilot and — remarkably — a response can appear very quickly indeed.

So I await Wren’s response to this latest episode. Perhaps, rather than concentrating on responding to reviews, somebody might actually investigate why this customer has experienced failure after failure and take responsibility for resolving it properly.

Based entirely on my own experience, I simply could not recommend purchasing a kitchen from Wren.

A damaged appliance installed.

Repeated communication failures.

Repeated inconvenience.

And now an 18.5-tonne lorry dispatched down a road with a 7.5-tonne restriction to collect a microwave.

You really couldn’t make it up.

J. Taylor had a very pleasant manner and kept us informed, letting us know that he was running late. The whole process was very professional, friendly and straightforward, with plenty of helpful advice. We were very pleased with the service and would happily recommend J. Taylor.

A person turn up on my site Gary is soft spoken very helpful person good measurements he take and explain very well thanks Wren.

The two delivery men were polite, friendly & courteous. They checked where the items could be stored but also checked that it was practical for us over the next few days.

Zaid, was efficient and polite.

Jordan Taylor was friendly and professional. We were given plenty of notice of when he would arrive plus a phone call within 15 mins of his arrival. It was great that he just got on with the job after asking some necessary questions.
