We chose Wren Kitchens largely because of how they presented themselves during our showroom visits. We were sold on the idea of a proud, supportive British family-owned business that would guide us every step of the way and look after us if anything went wrong.

During the sales and initial design phase, the customer service was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and reassuring. However, as soon as the order was placed and real installation issues emerged, that supportive attitude completely disappeared.

When design and measurement discrepancies came to light during fitting, instead of helping us resolve them fairly, we were met with pushback, quibbling over small replacement costs of £100 on a £20,000 kitchen, and a general refusal from the local team to take accountability for their own designg. We found ourselves having to pay out of pocket for modifications just to get parts of the kitchen to fit, with very little empathy or support from the store.

It’s easy to offer great service when taking someone’s money, but the true test of a company is how they handle things when an issue arises. Sadly, the friendly, family-focused promise didn't match the reality once our order was signed.

If you are considering buying from Wren, be aware that while the initial planning phase feels very supportive, getting help when things don't go to plan is an entirely different experience.

Gary is brilliant, polite and a professional. He knows exactly what he needs to do.

I would highly recommend Dom Turco. He came to measure my kitchen, and from start to finish he was extremely polite, respectful, professional, and patient.

He arrived exactly on time and kindly called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He carried out his work carefully and professionally, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had.

It was clear that he is very passionate, committed, and takes great pride in what he does. His professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent attitude were truly appreciated.

He is a credit to the company and definitely deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Thank you, Dom, for your excellent work!

Very helpful customer service from Natasha when I needed a replacement item that my installer had cut wrong.

We had S Heggie out to measure up for a new fitted kids bedroom and once again, he delivered outstanding service.
​This isn't our first time working with him. Over a year ago, he measured up our home for a massive project through Wren, including our kitchen, utility room, boot room, and media room. Every single one of those spaces turned out absolutely amazing, so we were thrilled to see him walk through the door again for our bedroom fitting.
​He is extremely friendly, professional, and clearly knows his craft inside and out. He works efficiently and gives great confidence that the final installation will be spot-on. As an extra touch, he even brought dog treats along and made an instant best friend out of our dog!
​It’s rare to find someone who combines top-tier expertise with such genuine warmth and attention to detail. We wouldn't want anyone else taking care of our home measurements. Highly recommended!

Reviews warn you for this, friends and family that have been previous customers will also warn you of this - DO NOT THINK YOU KNOW BETTER.

Wren are a great cowboy outlet. Will send you rude and unprofessional delivery crews. Initially will refuse you delivery. Then will smash your kitchen about. There is no care.

You'll call their customer service when their teams arrive and finally speak to someone after the team leave (over an hour on hold). You'll be told there's nothing that can be done.

They took parts of my kitchen away with them at the end of the delivery because they couldn't work out how to get it into the property - they'll ask you to sign a disclaimer. Wren believe everything has been delivered. Customer service staff on the phone are helpful, but stuck dealing with a cowboy business.

Wren bill themselves as a quality brand but really, truly, are not.

AVOID. USING. WREN.

T moyo attended our home address to measure our kitchen. A ray of sunshine, really happy and professional personality, explained everything perfectly and was super helpful. Wren kitchens are lucky to have him.

Punctual at our to be home, and very efficient at his job.

I expected to head to Customer Services to be pushed back, however Amanda resolved the issue very effectively. I expected a centralized customer service model to be difficult and whilst wait times can be frustrating once you get through to someone you do feel like they are genuinely looking into your issue so Amanda and Wren fair play for that. The design service and digital design system appears slick but not infallible so ensure you take the time to check your order for impractical design and don't be lulled into a false sense of security.

Tim Marks surveyed and measured my house today, he was friendly and professional. Brilliant customer service.

The delivery was poor. Driver used a saftey excuse to leave out kitchen on the curb even trhough every other delivery including their own bedroo delivery and fridge etc made it fine. Customer service was useless trying to get me to waive the delivery. We bought a bedroom and a kitchen and regret having done both. It was almost as if the driver just did not feel like it on the day so made up a random excuse so he could leave asap

Both the boys who turned up to fit my worktop were quality.

No fuss, no issues, they cracked straight on with the job.
