Trying to treat you continuously. Lyars. AVOID THEM. THEY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED.

It,s untrust site ..it will steel your money ..it will send you something you don,t order for .. after that you will get no answer from his customer service..easily he stole your money

Wowm is a complete scam. You will never receive your order. They will string you along until you give up. Forget about wowm its PayPal you should go after.

Most probably the worlds biggest crooks, fraud experts,most experience thief's, liars, experts in crime meet under a same roof and created a crooked fake company called WOWM. THEY ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK.. ITS A FAKE.There is no Phones every body receives worthless headphones Instead of a cellphones.They apologise Give you a fake tracking number. From a Chinese delivery company. Maybe they are In the scam too. Everybody gets same. keep tracking and your item gets delivered to local sorting office by Royal mail and goes mısıng. I have report this scam to ROYAL MAIL, CHINESE POST OFFICE AND CHINESE EMBASSY IN LONDON. Nothing has been done. PAY PAL still let them use them for business and these SCUMBAGS STILL IN BUSINESS.

Smartphone im Oktober bestellt, kam nie an. PayPal Käuferschutz hat heute erstattet.

This WOWM cheated on me by ordering outdoor mobile which I got the ad from Facebook guys Facebook and PayPal also involved in cheating business I request Cyber security to take action on this

The parcel (second one after nasty headphones were delivered to my town), was out for delivery for few days and all of the sudden lost in transit!

My dad has ordered a smartphone last month but after few weeks the scammer had sent a pair of earphone instead of what my dad has ordered. My dad reach to the scammer and told them that they have deliver the wrong stuff. They ask my dad to sent it back to them but my dad has refuse unless they are going to responsible for the shipping. Unfortunately, after being waiting for one month and a half. The tracking website told that my dad cannot reach to the tracking number anymore because the stuff are lost or something. Anyone please report this fake online store website. They are scammer, for sure.

I to like the other ppl purchased a I outdoors phone from wowm that was 61days ago only to find out after all my email I sent to then and all they send back is peak period reply 3-7days but the tracking number they gave me shows the package was delivered to a place in America when clearly the address they have is I live in England ( scammers all the way)

Horrível.Empresa trambiqueira.Quadrilha de falsários.Fui enganado.Mandaran-me uma mercadoria de menor valor com rastreamento pontual...mas depois na hora de reenviar a mercadoria correta..falsificaram um rastreamento e a mercadoria nunca chegou..Picaretas..

I order for two mobile phone but after three months they deliver the package but it was a earbud set not the mobile phone .
Now there is no reply from Thier.its already paid... sombuddy help me.

I ordered for Outdoor X phone on 24 Oct 2018, These Effers sent me a worse earbud which never worked. When I complained, they said it was by mistake and asked me to keep them as a compliment. After a few emails, I got the tracking number but still did not get the phone. Not sure, if they really are going to send me one or its just a fake. Wowm is a truly unfaithful site. This has cheated so many people and is cheating still. We need to file a suit against them.

Really a bad source. You will never receive your order despite their promises.

I placed an order of 02 mobile phones on 23.10.2018 and pay for two mobile phones an amount of 79.98 usd @ exchange value 73.35= INR 6186.45. after one week when order not dispached i cancelled my order and apply for refund but they said order dispached and tracking no. will provide shortly and provided me a tracking no. on 09.11.2018 which never can traceble then i received a packet on 02.12.2018 in which there is headphone..
Again i complaint them but no respond for 3-4 days after that they said please send pics of products which received and order detail for sought out thatn they said there is huge demand of headphone so that snt by mistakenly . after two many emails or reminder they sent me fake tracking no. and said order redispached but now they are not reverting . onle single reply came everytime''there is peak season, we will revert within 3-7 days.''since then I am awaiting for hopefull reply.

Plz some one help me and tell that how i can refund my money..

I thought I was the only one that was scammed. Now I believe they are just buch of online criminals. But my main anger is with their partners in crime PayPal

They are the worst company I have bought from still robbing people,fraud squad should get involved ,customers should not be punished and PayPal waste of time

Nach Reklamation falsche tracking Nummer bekommen. Die Lieferung kam bis heute nicht an. Auf Email reagieren die Leute nicht mehr.
Leute kauft nichts mehr bei diesen Betrügern, und das Geld ist auch weg.

Fui mais um enganado por esta empresa fraudulenta, comprei 2 smartphones e não os recebi, e o PayPal ainda está dando razão a está trambiqueira chamada wowm, nos correios consta mercadoria entregue mas nas minhas mãos nada chegou, quero ir além nesta disputa

I am one of the hundreds or mabey thousands that is cheated by WOWM. Story is the same: Order for a smartphone and get a cheap earphone. I think the frause is bigger then anyone expects. The tracking info they give is a manipulated tracking machine called ems.express. Nothing to do with EMS. official tracking website. What irritates me most is that this can still goes on. Commercials on facebook, still possible to pay with paypal . Paypal knows about the problem but don,t warn people and getting your money back is difficult. BLOCK THAT WOWM SITE . Hope that there are people who want to go further with this and sew them. THIS IS BIGG ORGANISED CRIME. Please contact me if you want to take further steps. Together we are strong.
