Amazing service from start to finish
From start to finish everyone involved was very helpful, everything was done in a great timely matter. That helped explain the instructions to start the process. The Booster was able to complete the Challenge I needed after I had attempted it myself so many times and couldn’t do it and they made it seem so easy! Thank you so much for all of the help!

These guys are very professional
These guys are very professional. They are quick to respond and very friendly. I have used them maybe 10 times now and have yet to have a bad experience. The people/guilds they get to work with in-game are also respectful and nice.

Exceedingly Good!
The group was personable, efficient, and were even conscientious enough to ask me if I had any objections to running some dungeons several times. I had no problem and was happy they asked rather than assuming I was just droning along behind them! That type of service and thought is what will keep me coming back!

Poor Communication with Team and Customer Service Team
Placed an order for Heroic+Normal Vault runs and raid leader did not even include me for my scheduled run time. Not even an email or a message - there was no attempt. I - as the customer had to reach out to them to see what happened and turns out the raid leader was overwhelmed and did not send out an invite in time to me. So I was left waiting for 2-3 hours for a run that never happened. I have ordered services from here before and had no issue but this one pissed me off. I contacted Customer Service and they treated me like I have all the time in the world and could work my schedule around their raid times when it was their fault they messed up in the first place. Don't you think it would be better to correct your mistake and come up with something better for someone who has spent as much as I have on your services than a 10% off your next purchase? Screw that. You have lost me as a customer and I hope that this does not happen to anyone else.
