Happy API customer
We are paying API customers for more than 3 years now (using 100.000s of API calls daily) and never had problems with the service. Customer care also very responsive and helpful!

One of the reliable source and authentic data can be derived from this website. As Im a researcher, I wanted hourly data where it is unable to get from anywhere. But, this website provided me as of a sudden once I request.
So I'm so satisfied with their data and service and please kind enough to deal with them once you need any related data.

Unresponsive
Some data on their website appeared grossly in error' Contacted them and got the response "We are looking into it". Nothing more heard and several chasers over a period of months have gone unanswered.
They try to give the impression of being a big organisation but the checks that I have done suggest that there are only 2 people, husband and wife or brother and sister. Don't know what, if any, meteorological qualifications they have.

Requested 10 years of data for a client project and received data within two weeks of request. The data was well formatted and complete and they responded to my queries within a day.

Stay away from this company. They operate anonymously. Won't respond to support requests or provide any contact info. Their API would routinely just stop working. They do not respond or explain reason for disruption. Infuriating!

Unreliable data returned via API
Unreliable data returned via API, support is there but not particularly helpful. It can take up a week to sort out problems - which often remain open. From my experience, I suggest you avoid and look elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs
The World Weather Online API worked great for the first month, but after there it was completely unresponsive dispite them still charging us over £200 per month. We have submitted numerous queries through the online contact form (they don't have a working email address nor contact phone number) yet we have heard nothing back.
Even canceling the account is an effort as there is no way of canceling on the website. Considering contacting the company is a fruitless effort we have had to report them to the bank.
Save your money and use any other Weather API - I promise they will be much better than this.
