AVOID THIS COMPANY
This company informed me that they had sent an order confirmation - nothing. They informed me that the order had been delivered - nothing. On contacting them, Jess who appears to give the same answer to all problems was asked for the following:
Confirmation of the order
The courier company they used
A copy of the photograph to confirm delivery
I might try and get in contact with them to see if they can shed any light. Doubtful it must be said given their reputation.
There has been no response from Jess.
This company took over £74 from me and no fail to even answer emails.
This amounts to fraud in my view.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

• Your order for the Nations of Rugby New Zealand Jackson Way Hoodie was placed on November 25 and included SavedBy shipping protection.
• Your order was fulfilled and shipped on December 2. A shipping confirmation email was sent to the email address you provided: dhcasson@aol.com.
• Your parcel was delivered by DHL on December 15 at 10:50 AM to the exact shipping address you entered at checkout:
Cassons Restaurant, Arundel Road, Chichester PO18 0DU, United Kingdom.
DHL also provided a delivery photo to confirm successful delivery.
• Prior to this review, you never contacted us through any support channel. We’ve searched across all customer service platforms, including spam filters, and there is no record of a message, request, or concern sent to us.
Despite all this, we still replied promptly and respectfully to your earlier one-star reviews with complete transparency and instructions on how to file a claim with SavedBy, should you believe your package is missing.
Calling this fraud is not only inaccurate, it’s insulting to the team that handled your order professionally from start to finish. If there was a real issue and you had contacted us directly, we would have happily helped you as we do with countless other customers every day.
We won’t tolerate being misrepresented when we’ve done everything correctly on our end.

Great Sales Team!!
Jasmine helped us order new balls for our rugby team. It was a very smooth process and we were able to get a discount as well as use our tax exemption without any issues. The balls came so fast so we were able to use them much sooner than we expected! She also followed up just to make sure everything went well and to see if we needed anything else.

I had ordered a pair of shorts a while back and the shorts ended up ripping on both sides at rugby practice. Jess from the world rugby shop contacted me and was extremely friendly and understanding. In a matter of minutes, the team have sent me a new pair of shorts.
