Communication is poor
I ordered 2 sets of scrubs with embroidery. It took a week for the proof to come through for the embroidery correctly and after I emailed to ask about it. I then received 1 set of scrubs a couple of days later. There was no communication surrounding the 2nd set and I phoned to ask about it and was told they would email me with an update which I never received and I had to contact them again. I did then receive the scrubs a few days later.
I did order 2 scrub tops with no embroidery and these took a couple of days to arrive. Overall, the scrubs are good quality and he embroidery is of good quality. The communication was poor regarding delays in getting the goods I paid for.

Orders not fulfilled
Orders not fulfilled - Delivery delayed, still not received item. Returned 2 items for an exchange over one month ago still not received this and did not receive the full original order. Would not use again. Customer services also not helpful

Fast service as with all nursing pants small sizes but they do have larger sizes to accommodate would recommend
