Great service and quality engineering wood
I bought the flooring from wood and beyond and they have been providing great service across all the journey. I was able to go to the showroom before buying and the quality of the wood is really good with a really great price. I recently spoke with Cheuk at the phone to complete my order and she was really helpful as everyone else. I can't wait to receive the engineered wood and have it installed in my house!

Quick in responding
We've used them before and they're great! We got some mixed guidance from the team as to what products to order, but we got there in the end, and they were very quick to take our calls and set up the order. We'd order from them again.

I had a pleasant experience with customer service, in particular with Veronica. She has been a great help in the first step and adviced some good alternatives as the floor i wanted was sold out. She also clearly explained the difference between the 2. I look forward to receiving the wood. Thanks

We ordered flooring from this company…
We ordered flooring from this company and were very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, the delivery could have been delayed by almost a week, while it was very important for us to finish the flooring before our new kitchen furniture arrived.
We contacted the company asking for help, and the team responded very quickly with several alternative solutions. One of the options worked perfectly for us.
We are very grateful for their fast response, professionalism, and willingness to help. It is great to work with a company that truly cares about its customers and is ready to solve problems efficiently. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service
Having run Wood and Beyond for more information about rigid LVT flooring, I spoke on the phone with Natalia, who was very informative and helpful with ordering samples and raising a quote for my flooring. It was great to get through quickly to a real person, who made the whole process clear and simple. Great customer service! Thank you.
