Having huge problems with a Kitsune/WNSA claim for a total loss vehicle. All reviews here seem spot on. Not one good review and for a reason. I WOULD NOT USE THIS SERVICE again, I would avoid at all costs. I am being ignored and the whole process has been a nightmare. This company/service should not be in practise if they cannot provide the service they advertise. They are also ignoring my request for a copy of their T&C's in the handling of claims and evaluation of the vehicle. When I eventually got hold of someone which was a miracle they would not give me access to the T&C's and gave no real explanation to why they could not. The only reason I can think of is they know that they have breached their own T&C's and are perhaps blocking people from complaining. False advertisement all over their webpage "stress free" "24/7 service" "customers are prioritised".

This is genuinely the worst company I have come across. I started a job of which I only had 3 hours as I had a hospital appointment. Within them 3 hours I was assigned to some lady to sit there and listen to her on example calls and give me a brief description of the job role of which I sat there of course and was listening to everything fully alert, she was so rude to the customers on the call I was shocked as to how quick she wanted to get off the phone with them as well as the negative facial expressions and hand movements indicating the fact that she does not care when the client was obviously going through a negative experience as an accident happened, it shows in the job role that you should show empathy ?? As well as a client said they was waiting on hold for over one hour and was frustrated as anyone would be !and she was being so rude in general itâs poor management I was introduced to her as she wass the most experienced and this is how she acts? She just wanted to get off the phone quickly no one cares about the clients they just are there for their money. The following day I got told that they wonât accept me which is a JOKE since what did they expect me to do? I asked questions I was alert in everything. I wish I knew her name she is far up her own self she has blonde hair and is one RUDE self obsessed cow.

If you could speak to someone that would be helpful. They just transfer you before you even get to finish just to avoid dealing with you. Take their time to approve repairs and no communication on why the delay. Wonât be using my current insurance company again if this is who they use as an accident management company.

They fail to answer the phone (i am currently on hold and have been for 20 minutes, i am yet to speak to anyone) and they don't answer emails.
My vehicle was written off in June, i am yet to receive any money.

I'm dealing with WNS Assistance now through my car insurance 1st central who are pretty appalling themselves.Ive contacted WNS and shocking disgusting to say the least for my vehicle to be repaired which through my pushing and many phone calls,emails is now going to be done this has gone on over 7 weeks now.The outcome is yet to finish.So I will probably be on here in a month's time.Watch this space as they say.

How they can still be in business treating the customers they do is unbelievable.
My brother had an unfortunate accident in Nov 2020 and still canât get the settlement that has been agreed paid.
Been told a Manager needs to sort it and will be in contact. Apparently they are all working from home and canât be transferred. I donât think anyone is working!!!
Stay away from this company if you can. Before taking out car insurance check who the claims handler is. If itâs these cowboys find another insurer.

I can absolutely back up every single review here however I do feel that I have been somewhat lucky in comparison to others.
I had the misfortune to be involved in an no fault accident with one of their "clients" which resulted in my car being a total loss.
Now my insurance paid out in timely fashion as you would expect but I then had to endure dealing with this lot to settle with my excess and uninsured losses. Like everyone else this became an absolute farce, from the initial phone call (which incase your reading this is a premium rate number that they neglect to say anywhere) to the continuous almost daily calls trying to find out exactly what is going on, is by far the worst experience I have ever had to deal with.
Pass on the details of your claim and we'll call you back - never happened once.
Send us these details in PDF format, even though you will get an automated email response - can you send us these documents as we haven't got them.
To finally our underwriter has agreed to pay you but then deny to have your details time and time again. It actually got to the point where my own insurance had to ask me for details so they could begin legal proceedings to get the money they owed to them because WNS refused to reply to them also.
In the end up I had to involve my own lawyer and some four months later they finally settled, which going by other reviews here makes me feel rather fortunate. How this company is allowed to operate in this fashion is beyond me it seems as though they literally pull every trick in the book and push the boundaries literally to the limit in order to out people off following up on their claims.
Thankfully I can finally put this behind me and hope to god I never have to deal with them again.

Worst company. Had an accident in 2019 and the case has not been sorted yet. They treat tou like you are the one liable when they are suppose to represent you. They have tried to make me accept liability and I refused. Dodgy company. If your insurance say they will be using them refuse. Got2insure uses them..............crap companies. DONT USE THEM! Dont know where to start with this company tbh, I am a repairer who unfortunatly ended up having to deal with these cowboys on a customers vehicle. all other reviews are 100% bang on. They do not respond to any emails or if you are lucky enough to get them on phone they will put you on hold and thats last you will hear of them. they look for excuses to delay payment Never again will we have anything to do with this company and will make sure the repairers we talk too all the time are aware of them. one star is far too good for them.

Thankfully Iâm not insured with them but unfortunately the guy who hit my car is.
They donât reply to emails, they donât reply to call back requests.
Iâve logged 2 complaints and been advised a a manager would call within 2 business working days. 6 weeks down the line and Iâm still waiting.
Their staff fob you off to get you off the phone.
They donât reply to the garage request to agree their estimates.
The property team appear to be non existent.
The list is endless.

This has to be the most incompetent claims company in existence.
I hold a mini fleet policy with an insurance company who use WNSA
My Car was stolen October 19, recovered in minutes (excellent tracker system), was then crashed by their recovery agents, this was only discovered after MANY phone calls to find out why I hadnât heard anything. They then took my car to their authorised repairers, who took about 10 weeks to NOT repair the car (Still ongoing)
Oh and I had to be interviewed by a fraud inspector, in case I had arranged the theft.

2nd case, had another vehicle written off November 19, (3 year old Citroen relay) taken to the same authorised repairer, who in my opinion managed to make minor panel damage (bumper, bonnet, headlight and rad)a write off.The estimate to repair was in excess of the value of the van. (ÂŁ7k) They provided a low offer for the van, even though I proved that similar vans couldnât be purchased second hand for anything like their offer, (bus as I was paying ÂŁ250 a week for a hire van, I had no choice but to accept in the end). WNSA took weeks to make the decision and to pay out, but they didnât pay the finance company the money they deducted to clear the finance, until June this year, AFTER I had to pay them myself or I would have been taken to court, they recovered the money from the finance company in July, but now WILL NOT forward the payment to me.

Case 3
Car stolen, car recovered in minutes, car was going to be sent to same repairers, I refused to let it go there because of previous issues, sent to another repairer, who told me in 24 hours ish that it was beyond their remit to repair and it needed to go to The main dealer for repair. Over a week later after MANY phone calls it was collected by WNSA who sent it to a NON dealer, who in about 24 hours told me it would need to go to a main dealer, but WNSA insisted he estimated the repair, and even went as far as to suggest he used Secondhand or Pattern parts (which would invalidate the warranty) after several weeks, they have decided to write the car off, AT NOWHERE near market value.

Policy has also come up for renewal, I am faced with a 300% increase in policy cost as there is only one company prepared to offer me terms this year - reason WNSA gave a wholly incorrect claims history for my mini fleet, stating the claims costs were way more than double the actual costs. Took many phone calls to get the correct cost.

Promised to pay storage and recovery on several occasions by bank transfer and then an immediate payment by CHAPS.

Requested recordings of the false promises and lies and never they didn't reply.
They were also extremely crafty by asking me to send an invoice for recovery and storageđ€
Maybe they wanted this to claim monies from the third party and not give me a penny?

If I could give 0 I would. My vehicle was written off in January 2020 itâs nearly May 2020. I am still waiting for my total loss funds which belongs to me. Iâve called about 30 times and to this day no one has ever responded to me. I keep getting told funds will reach me in 3-5 working days. My complaints have not been responded to. Itâs gone beyond FCA guidelines and outside of the SLA. I have no words for the experience I have received. Atrocious!!!
