I love my new labels. They look and feel great - exactly what I was looking for. The website was easy to use and I really appreciated all the different adhesion, material, and style options to find just what I was looking for. I had a big order and contacted the company a couple different times for different reasons before finalizing and they were very helpful.

A convenient automated process with a human touch and great guidance when you need it — Wizard nailed it right down to their responsive pre-press team and delivery.

Contacted Wizard after referral from Maverick label after they discontinued small batch label printing. I provided the camera ready artwork to Wizard that I have used with Maverick label for many years. The initial proof that was sent to me showed inaccuracy so I submitted my reply with correction. The second proof showed the corrected error. But, two weeks later, I received the labels from Wizard and the change that I pointed out in the proof process was notably inconsistent. The impression alignment varies throughout the rolls. Not good.

I got good technical advice from the wizard labels staff, which was necessary in my case as my application was very non-standard. I'm very happy with the results, and will use Wizard Labels for my next project.

The first order, I ordered stickers with the wrong type of adhesive. I called them spoke to some very nice customer service people who offered to send me a sample so I knew what I was ordering would work for our project. It was prompt and I ordered new stickers with a discount! Amazing service felt like they actually cared!

Update: Customer service has been great and they are correcting and resending my second order. I am grateful and look forward to more order with Wizard.
This was my second time ordering from Wizard Labels and the quality is much less than my first order, and this time I ordered twice as many labels. I was very happy with my first purchase and had hoped to continue that partnership, but now I am having to shop elsewhere and this is holding up my business.

I sent a request through the customer portal to see about a designer. Peggy responded quickly and walked through the designer process with me. She was very helpful and very responsive as we conveyed our concept and the team made it a reality. We have a great design for our bottle of our first wine vintage. We couldn't be more excited.
