I recently ordered custom labels for my juice bottles from Wizard Labels, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The labels are vibrant, high-quality, and really make my bottles stand out on the shelves.

The design process was smooth, and the online tools provided were user-friendly. I was able to easily upload my logo and adjust the design to match my brand. The customer service team was super helpful, answering all my questions promptly.

The printing quality exceeded my expectations—each label is sharp and clear. The adhesive is strong too; they’ve stuck perfectly to my bottles without any peeling, even after refrigeration.

I have been using Wizard Labels for about 18 months and couldn't be happier with them.

The labels themselves are great, I've tried another company more locally and I don't know what different BOPP materials are out there, but the Wizard Label ones are superior. I get soft-touch matte and it has a great texture to it and doesn't scratch easily, which was my problem with the other company I tried.

On top of that, the customer service is wonderful. Gloria is my go-to for any questions or concerns, she is incredibly helpful, kind and patient. I have also had people from the production team reach out to double check a variable I had on a new label (a detail that I would have thought would go overlooked, easily!) before running production, and gave me options if I didn't want to proceed with my original request.

Having as many SKUs as I do, having professional labels has only been achievable because they offer volume discount on same size/cut labels with different designs. Amazing.

Also - production and shipping is super fast! I received this last order in 5 days and I'm in Canada.

Great service and quality

This company used to have a fantastic turnaround time. Unfortunately, it was the most unreliable printer I have experienced. Unfortunately, that is not the case anymore. I received an order with a significant printing error, which has taken over 15 (8 business days) to redo. This is twice their current lead time. Their old lead time was guaranteed to be two business days. Not even close anymore.

If your business makes an error, it is important to have a sense of urgency to rectify it. Unreliable business = no business

The labels were easy to order once we got the right artwork and they helped us thru the process as we are new to this. When they arrived, we were amazed at the quality. The satin finish is beautiful. My husband had been a commercial printer for over 20 years and he said that the paper is high quality and they printed perfectly.

We have been printing our own labels for years and these are so much nicer and MUCH more professional looking. The quality far surpasses the value. Will be ordering from them over and over and over! No more printing ourselves.
