Really brilliant company and they realize what they say. %100 quality, clean cars, almost zero kilometer. I am going to choose same company if i been at Turkey.

Huge let down in service
Very very bad experience. When taking the car they said their office is 24 hours. But when we come back to return the car at 2am. No one was found either in the office or the car rental area. We waited 3 hours until 5am and no one even turned up or picked our call. So we had to leave the key and document inside the opened office where no one was present because we had to catch our flight back. If we still had stayed we would lose our flight. And when we were in the gate next to our flight ready to get to flight at 5:30 they are calling us asking about the key and us. We were very dissatisfied with that. And when we told them about the 24hours. They said they are closed from 1am- 5am. When we checked their site we found it was 24 hours and they were lying. And now after one week also they are still trying to charge us for the toll. The very next day after the rental finished they charged us for £34 for toll. Now after one week they sent me new file which I should pay. Why couldn’t they do it in the first place. And they haven’t returned our advance amount yet it’s been a week. To my brothers out there, Don’t ever get cheated with this wish rental again please don’t take any cars from them.

booked a car with carjet for 5 days but company(Wish car rental) staff was keep insisting me to buy full cover with them but i told them that i have bought full cover already, then i went down to car park now again one of staff trying on me to buy insurance with them when i refused, they start scaring me if you bring car back with any single scratch you will have to pay 2400, then they brought me car which was badly damaged all around and some body part was hanging beneath car, which made me refuse to take that car and there was not alternative option given to me, so i called to carjet and agent on phone told me to wait until she will try to sort the issue, i waited 2 days but no answer, never refund me money still waiting a response from them nothing, better stay away
