Put car registration in and it came up with correct model year etc. Despite this wrong wipers were sent for older model.
Then had to pay £4 to return them

Hello Jamie,
Thank you for your review.
From investigating this further, it appears that the wipers purchased by yourself were not the wipers shown upon entering your vehicle reg into our website. With this being a purchasing error, this is why a free return had not been organised for you.
Many thanks,
Lewis

the 26inch blade had been bent at both ends.
Have used and recommended Wiperblades.co.uk for many years. Was surprised to find the 26inch blade had been bent at both ends. The delivery box was more than long enough for this blade to fit.
Cant understand why any packer would do this, unless harbouring a grudge.
On phoning Wiper blades a replacement was sent and received. Photos were emailed to wiperblades.
no explanation was given
