Excellent service.
Received my items very quickly and was very pleased with it but I did have a problem with one of the items, the matter was dealt with promptly. This is a great company, I have ordered from them before and I am very happy with the service they provide and I will order from them again.

Great customer service
Great products and great customer service. I had a problem with the product packaging getting damaged during shipping. Mark from Wineware was great and quickly resolved the problem. Our family will definitely shop here again.

Wine lovers dream!
The company sell interesting and affordable products for wine lovers. Their website is easy to use and navigate. Delivery was prompt and the items were in perfect condition when they arrived. One small issue - the two maps I ordered came to £50, free delivery is for over £50 so I got the journal as well causing the parcel to be massive instead of a small tube, still 5***** all the way!!!

Delivery was faster than expected and well-packed. The products ordered seem to be top quality except maybe the little wine notebook as something at the back (that is supposed to hold extra documents) was unglued (I cannot offer it as initially planned). Apart from that, I feel it is a company you can trust.
