DPD are atrocious
DPD are atrocious. They didn’t deliver in the time slot and my maid waited for 4 hrs after this and still nothing . No correspondence at all. I eventually had to rebook for this coming Friday , however the glasses are meant to be shipped to my other home in the Caribbean I now have no idea if they will make the shipment date , as still not delivered
I am extremely dissatisfied by the service by your couriers DPD. This isn’t the 1st or last time this dreadful company has done this -with no care to how it affects the client

Great personal service
I rarely bother reviewing things, but the service from Wineware was truly excellent and excellence deserved recognition. I’m there was an issue with availability of part of my order. I had a phone call from them asking if I’d like it in two packages. I explained one was fine as long as they arrived by a certain date for me to take abroad. The company phoned me again a week later to inform me all items were now in stock and sent it all next day delivery to ensure I got them in time. If only all shops online were like this!
