Have used the company a few times now
Have used the company a few times now, usually for replacing stuff I’ve broken and they’re always fast and efficient. Never had a problem and orders always quick, well packaged and correct.

Order not despatched as per phone call
Ordered online and rang to confirm despatch and delivery. Told despatch Thursday and Friday delivery. Order was not despatched on Thursday due to high volume of orders. Despatched Friday via UPS for Tuesday delivery, but unable to change delivery date to a day when someone in to accept delivery. Very frustrating.

Ordered a spring v16 pump controller
Ordered a spring v16 pump controller, shopped around and this site had the best price. I couldn’t find my order email (turned out to be in my spam folder) so I contacted the store via their WhatsApp, which they responded to very quickly and efficiently.
