The website windowcaring.co.uk is being used by new people.
Please check who is giving out this website. There is the genuine owner named in previous reveiws - and also new people who are poorly qualified tree surgeons now posing as windowcleaners.
They have been caught out on ring doorbells as untrustworthy. They have made up stories about why they don't turn up when agreed, why they turn up unannounced and why charge for cleaning they have not done. They then lie about why they haven't done the cleaning they've charged for.
They are untrustworthy and do not use them.
I cannot know if this is genuinely their website (as it appears to all be reviews for a claudio) or if they are using it , giving it out as a front.
If you google them, they run a tree consultantancy.
Everything about them from a distance is off. Every direct interaction has been full of lies and false charges.

I don’t understand where this person is headed with this review as :
1. We didn’t work for her.
2. I am a highly qualified arborist who is a very good window cleaner also.
3. I don’t lie, in fact I take moral values for all of my family very seriously, ask any that know us, customers and friends…they would put you right.
Honestly I’m baffled why she is perusing this line of hostility to a hard working family man.

I was satisfied to use this company for several times unfortunately very dissatisfied when I used their service on Friday 23Th of May. Reasons: I feel I was cheated by them in terms of pricing inside windows Cleaning. They have not cleaned inside of all windows which they did clean outside. The Window Cleaner was very rude and impolite to me when he realised that I am dissatisfied with his service. I would advice potential clients to be careful and make sure this company does do the job as promised and ask them for clarification of their work and request them to email you the price list before any arrangement.
Giuseppe cleaned our gutters, fascia and outside windows and did an excellent job. He is courteous, works efficiently and is very thorough. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend them.
Just wanted to show my support for a wonderful family run company called WindowCaring.co.uk. I have been a customer of theirs for about three years and would like to give them some positive feedback. They regularly clean my windows and my gutters once a year. They text me when they are on their way and give a first class service. I honestly can’t fault their work and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Window Caring is absolutely first rate. I couldn't recommend them highly enough for window and conservatory cleaning. They were not just reliable, reasonable, and excellent in terms of the work they delivered; they were also absolutely delightful people, and this counts for a lot. I wouldn't hesitate to use them from now on, or to recommend them. Superb.
This is a family run business (husband and wife team) and I have to write a review of the service I got as it really exceeded expectations. I've had window cleaners visit the house in the past but none has shown the care and attention to detail that Claudio and Cristina provided. Claudio and his team cleaned the windows inside and out and were extremely polite on site. 10 out of 10.
