WCL Ltd. Omdömen

I've used this company in the past and was happy with the service so rebooked to clean our windows. Unfortunately on this occasion a scratch has appeared on one of our skylight panes. I didn't notice it while the cleaner was there but as soon as the sun came out it was very visible. I immediately sent a photo to the company who said it was impossible for them to have caused it (and like one of the other reviewers on here, I must say that the way they phrased their reply made it seem as though they were calling me a liar, hopefully that was not the case).

They also left dirty water runs from cleaning the inside of the skylight over the kitchen surfaces, cabinets and the wooden floor and left me a present of a dirty cloth on the work top. I won't be booking again and would advise anyone else using them to be cautious and check very thoroughly before their team leave.

Good, friendly & pleasant.

Very good company. Friendly and pleasant workers doing a great job at a reasonable price.

WCL score high on all counts. Communication with the office was easy and straightforward, with a speedy response and a very competitive quote. The team of window cleaners arrived within the 30 minutes window allocated; they were pleasant, polite (shoes off indoors without having to ask) hard-working and quick; they left our windows sparkling clean. Highly recommended.

efficient, no problems

They did a great job cleaning our windows but pulled the hose so hard that the hose wheel ripped off the side of our house. When I complained it took several weeks for customer service to get back to me and I had to chase to get an answer. They basically told me that their employees said that they did not cause any damage to my house and basically called me a liar. Do not book them, they damage your house, call you a liar and do nothing to repair the damage. If I could give zero start I would.

Very pleased with the services of WCL Ltd - extremely professional, efficient and friendly and available on very short notice!

Reliable easy to arrange service and very accommodating if you need to make changes to a booking.

Gentlemen were polite, professional, timely and willing to go the extra mile.

Very speedy and reliable customer service, high quality window cleaning service, friendly and helpful representatives.

Gabriel and Dylan were extremely quick and efficient as well as friendly. They did a good job with a minimum of fuss. Our windows were transformed! There were a few paint marks left from recent decorations, and a few corners which perhaps needed a little more time, but overall we were pleased.

Windows were filthy because we had three months of builders in. Was very happy after the team had done their work as could see out clearly again. Happiness. Pleasant team. All done in an hour. Some odd corners not quite tackled but very minor - only reason why not five stars.

WCL turned up on time and carried out the window cleaning quickly and efficiently. I will use them again.
