Wilsons Blinds Omdömen 

Very pleased with product, now installed and looking great. Simple to order and quick delivery.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Wilsons Blinds. I ordered 3 blinds on 4th August, with the website quoting a 1 week delivery time. I was advised after a week the fabric was out of stock and would be a couple more weeks. After 3 weeks I was told the fabric was in stock, but they'd run out of heading for the blinds (Allusion blinds)
On the 5th September, 3 headrails and 1 set of vanes were delivered. I informed the company and had to explain several times, to several people, that vanes were missing.( Initially i thought 1 set was missing, but informed them the same day that it was 2 sets missing). They said they had been lost in despatch, but the paperwork said 3 lots of 3 had been despatched, so clearly we're never sent in the first place. Every time I phoned it was the same line used - "we'll contact Production and let you know" - and never got a call back.
Each day I didn't hear i phoned, as my customer was insisting I find out and threatening to cancel the order. The only person that did call back was Ellis in Customer services, and was apologetic and understanding.
I received an email from Shanelle on 12th September saying my replacement vanes were being despatched on the 15th Sept, and when I phoned (again), I explained the urgency and asked for a next day delivery. Waited in all day on the 16th and, you guessed it, no delivery.
On the 18th September I received another email saying the fabric had been discontinued and could I contact them to choose another fabric. So they hadn't been sent at all
In all over the course of nearly 7 weeks I had made about 40 calls chasing my order, and it was lie, after lie, after lie. My customer cancelled the order and has gone elsewhere, and due to this, another 19 rooms of similar blinds has been lost (around £30k of blinds at cost price)
I've now been refunded but I've lost a huge order due to the incompetence of Wilsons blinds. Nothing else from Wilsons, no calls to say sorry, not even a hint of a gesture to say we've messed up. All i can say is if you order from them I hope you have better luck than I've had. Terrible service and feel completely let down by Wilsons Blinds (who are Blinds Direct in disguise)

I recently ordered blinds for my living room. The order took almost 2 weeks to fulfill and when the first package arrived, it only contained the blinds and a pack of weights.
I immediately contacted the company and they admitted that the actual racks had not been made at all. It took a further week for these to arrive.
When I installed the first blind it became apparent that there were insufficient weights in the first box so I had to contact them again. A week late the missing weights arrived but they had sent the wrong kind.
I decided that enough was enough and had to make due with what they had sent me.

Quick online. Arrived promptly, fitted well

Blinds are up and working as they should after arriving well packaged and protected. Instructions easy to follow.

Firstly, the shutters are incredible and the quality is excellent. My neighbour paid £thousands to a fitted shutter company for the exact same look and finish as mine and I only paid a few hundred! The only difference is she can open her shutters but I didn't need that. I can open my windows with the perfect fit shutters still attached. It's genius. They have transformed and modernised my bay window. They are very easy to fit and they fit perfectly. Also, when I first ordered, I paid only £5 extra per shutter for insurance. I was glad I did as for some reason, I completely messed up with the measurements of 2 of the windows and Wilson Blinds literally sent out 2 new ones which were perfect. Totally my fault but it was rectified really quickly thanks to their customer service and the insurance. I will recommend this company for their products and their customer service. I can't fault it.

I have had Wilsons make my blinds getting on for twenty years. The blinds are beautifully made and the installation is very straightforward. They have a huge range to choose from and many different styles and colours of blinds, you are spoilt for choice.
The ordering process is very easy too and if there is an issue, they are very quick to respond and help with whatever the issue is.
The blinds arrive very well packed and all the effort is evident to ensure that they are received in perfect condition. They also give you updates on your order so that you are not left wondering what’s happening.
I have never been disappointed with the blinds that I’ve had from Wilson’s and I’ll continue to shop with them for the foreseeable future.

Avoid Wilsons and use a company that provides pelmets that are the same width as the made to measure blinds. Wilsons provides pelmets that are wider than the specific size ordered, for the customer to cut them down. Why provide a made to measure service if the pelmets are to be cut to the correct size by the customer? I asked for the correct sizes to be sent and was told that their manufacturing process does not provide this. Ridiculous! I ordered 5 blinds and won't be ordering any more from them. Side note, the quality is ok but not great, they are quite flimsy and cheap looking.

Excellent quality product, made to measure

Delivered as ordered and well packaged. However, the fitting video says to use the screws provided. There were none.

the blind slats i required had to be 127mm wide i was sent 90mm ones. on the order page it says nothing about the width so i just assumed they would be 127mm.further investigation after i received the wrong item it appears you had to click on "how to measure"for a drop down that tells you they only supply 90mm.sharp practice!! i messaged as soon as i received them but got no reply.wish i had read the "true feedback" instead of their "cherrypick"reviews

TERRIBLE AFTER-SALES.
Ordered 3 blinds for over £600. 1st order was lost so remade. Remake order arrived with the 1st order!. Lost count on emails(that never get answered)endless phone calls, it’s like they are taunting me. I have been very polite and respectful up until now. It’s taken 1 month to get to this stage. On both orders one of the rails are too long( they have admitted this fault) . The first order had crushed boxes and Louvres had got dirty and damaged. Top headers are a mixture of brown shades on a Dove Grey Louvre. Fixing tabs had fallen off and the bottom cutting was done with blunt scissors. Blind nothing like the samples or website pictures. All the photos and videos sent as requested, hours spent trying to sort this out. Everything is so slow and frustrating beyond belief. I have requested a refund but I must return everything for them to assess then they may give me my money or if they disagree return everything back to me. No courier has been in contact to collect as agreed.
It’s now week 5 without any blinds on my South facing kitchen/dining room.
Absolutely shocking customer service and quality of blinds. Wish I could upload photos. I just want a refund so I can move on from this disastrous company.

Brought new vertical blinds, quality products at a competitive price, had a problem with one of the head-rail but after a quick call and me supplying a video of the problem, a replacement was sent

Great product all of our blinds are from Wilson's, great fit, quick delivery and good value for money.

Easy to order - form made it clear what was required and if unsure tips were available to ensure you got it right.
Blind arrived as stated and is now in situ, and looks lovely.
Delivery was good - packed well no damage and driver was helpful and asked if I could manage the package.

Easy to order. Customer Services Team are responsive. Fitting instructions (online) are easy to follow. Support bracket design makes the blinds easy to install. All in all I would recommend.
Have installed to reduce “solar heating” of South West facing bedroom. Blind will be easy to remove in Autumn Winter when I may not need them, thanks to support bracket design.

Easy to order replacement slats samples which helped me chose right colour, then order 2 sets of blind replacements. Look great.

Blind tops ok but the verticals are see through definatly not dimmed or blackouts as wanted.
I did complain via there messaging but still no reply.
Took ages to arrive also.
Would not use again waste of time as no reply
