Wickes - Worksop Omdömen 

Sally Hatfield has provided excellent service for our dream bathroom design and order. Sally has been amazing at listening to our bathroom needs and ideas and designing a bespoke bathroom that has ticked every box.
She has been so patient with my never ending questions and my writing everything down! Lol. She ensured that we understood what we were signing up for in our order and she tweaked the design at our consultation and design meeting to accommodate them or gave very honest feedback if it were not possible.

Absolutely fantastic experience so far. The lovely Sally came round and measured up and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to my in store appointment in a few days time.

Went to Wickes at Worksop looking for horticultural grit, couldn’t find any, asked a member of staff (Jordan) who informed us they didn’t stock it at that branch. He was absolutely brilliant, he checked on line and found it in stock at Boston, thought we might be able to have it delivered, we went down to the check out to order and Jordan came down and helped us process the order, unfortunately you can only click and collect, we ordered sharp sand instead. Very pleased with the service from all the staff at Worksop Wickes, fantastic.

A quick and easy click and collect huge help from Paul who didn’t hesitate to lift my heavy item into my boot for me he was brilliant!

I needed drill bits and real plugs for heavy curtains that kept coming loose. Joe was so helpful making sure I got the right bits.

Excellent shopping trip this evening knowing what I wanted but clueless with what I actually needed the team members where fantastic with great suggestions advice and his advice was great I left with everything I needed and my delivery booked

Kitchen designer Sally Hatfield was; courteous, informative, knowledgeable, patient and highly professional. Whilst browsing the store all members of staff were engaging, polite, and willing to help without being overbearing.

We spoke to Wayne about delivery services and costs as swell as where some of the products were. He was excellent and gave us all the advice we needed as showing where things were. He is a credit to your company and would be a loss if he ever left and a credit to himself.

Excellent service especially from Joe, Luke, Steph and Clair from the Worksop store. Staff were very helpful and friendly also knowledgeable. We bought some tiles at an absolute bargain, only £4 delivery, i have paid more to get a t-shirt.

Delivery today from Worksop store arrived when stated, complete with all items ordered. Helpfull delivery driver with good communication and phone call which was greatly appreciated.

Very easy to order online and quick delivery at really reasonable price....T, the delivery driver was so carefull off loading and such a nice pleasant man, in fact all the wickes drivers are very good.

Got some mdf boards delivered today from 'T' the man went above and beyond, bringing the stuff inside our home for us, lovely fella, did the worksop branch proud and himself! Well done mate thank you! Have a great Christmas!

Excellent service and easy to deal with. Cheap delivery cost and T the delivery driver offered a friendly and excellent service, insisted on putting the wooden panels where they needed to be and not just dump them like most other companies.

We have had many deliveries from Wickes and always have T as the delivery driver. With most deliveries I would say that T is the only great and polite driver I have come across. He goes out of his way not only with the delivery but also he has conversion while delivery abd makes it a very pleasant delivery. I would go as far to say that he would be with his lovely kind personality to go and train alot of other drivers that get annoyed that you have ordered a parcel ???. Let's start with that.
So patient, knowledgeable and has great style - Jacky gave some recommendations that were spot on!
I chose the Milton in Bone and was guided through the finishing touches that are really going to compliment the units.
The design pictures brought to life the 'vision', and the nitty gritty details and process was straight forward.
Im just waiting now for the site visit and obviously the fitting, so I'll leave a part 2 review when that's done.

I orderd kitchen worktop and each time they come on time every time by a cheerful man his name is T always takes care when bringing your items to you

As a Joinery and Plumbing small family business, we have ALOT of deliveries which means we have alot of different delivery drivers.
Without a shadow of a doubt, T is by far ( alongside B who also delivers our Wickes orders to us ) is the most professional, efficient, helpful and courteous drivers we have.
They both make our lives so much easier in comparison to other experiences we have.

They both go above and beyond, storing our materials how we need it without question, and T recently sorted an order issue for us without us even asking.

If these 2 could do all our business deliveries for us, we would be laughing.
