Wickes - Wolverhampton Omdömen 

Arrived to buy some guttering this morning. Not really sure how I was going to put it together. The store assistant, Sat, was excellent. Talked me through the process and what I needed.
All products excellent value.
Great service and would highly recommend.

Was served by a wonderful man called jack, very polite, helpful and kind.

There were no trolleys in either of the trolley parks. I looked inside the store and found lots of trolleys loaded with stock, but none available for customers. I asked a member of staff if he could find me a trolley and he replied no...I asked how I was supposed to purchase a quantity of timber without a trolley and he replied ' I have no solution for that' and walked off.there are obvious training needs, and equipment supply problems in this store. the worst retail experience of my life I think!??

Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Victoria Seabury designed and planned our kitchen for my wife and I she was so helpful and friendly to us she new all the products and ranges really well and helped us make the best choices for our kitchen by showing us different variations and layouts. Nothing was to much trouble and her input was invaluable. Wickes Wolverhampton should be very proud of her and the design team.

Do not purchase a bespoke kitchen from Wickes, three weeks after the kitchen we purchased should have been installed we are missing drawers that have not been fitted, have damaged drawer and door fronts that the fitter never checked. The fitter has failed to come back to resolve these issues and we have been fobbed off by the store and customer services. We will now be seeking legal action!!! Disgraceful service shame on you Wickes

I would like to say big thanks to Mani who was extremely helpful with finding and loading stuff in my car last week. It's not the first time he has volunteered to help but due to bad back I needed help as load was quite heavy. He didn't shy away from helping. Always comes across approachable, polite and happy to help. I believe in showing appreciation towards good deeds. So thank you Mani!

We ordered our new kitchen from Wickes Wolverhampton. Our kitchen designer Deb Mason was very knowledgeable you could see she has had years of experience designing kitchens but also takes the customers ideas, budget and requirements in to consideration. We contacted Deb multiple times over several months with regards to our kitchen order and changed the design before delivery. Deb was very patient with us and she would go away and source the answers to our queries if not known. I would not trust anyone else apart from Deb Mason to design my kitchen if we had another and will be recommending her to family and friends. Deb we felt went above and beyond and without doubt is an asset to Wickes she’s worth her weight in gold especially dealing with us!
