Wickes - Wisbech Omdömen

the designer Shane Read was totally brilliant, so helpful nothing was too much trouble even coming into the branch at the crack of dawn to see us to fit in with our timetable.

Jamie helped me with finding the right person to advise me on the correct paint required. This lady was extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with, as was Jamie.
Paint Shopping! A chore that turned out with me smiling for the rest of the day, I will be looking forward to going again!

Kitchen design at Wickes Wisbech. Service and attention to detail provided by James Pintilie was second to none, absolutely amazing. Certainly knows his stuff. Would recommend James without hesitation.

Visited this branch a week ago and was assisted by Clive who was very polite and helpful in helping me find the product I needed. Excellent customer service provided and a smile to accompany it. Thank you Clive!

I was served by A lovely lady called Jaime who was super helpful and friendly.

Always excellent service. Friendly, helpful and a pleasure to shop in the wisbech store. Jayne serves me quite regularly and always has a smile on her face. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Had my en suite done, absolutely awful, 7 months to complete, I would never recommend this company.
The customer service department is terrible, there’s no one to complain to, no empathy, no care.
All the items that was ordered takes over a week to come!!!! Then they’re damaged.

Jayne went out her way to help with product queries and did so in a professional but relaxed and friendly way.
We were treated as valued customers!

Today I met a new associate named Shania. I could not believe how professional she was, the greeting from her was most genuine. When the time came for me check out it was carried out in a very efficient manner, and as I left she made a point of wishing me a a nice weekend. A very pleasant young lady. Thank you Shania. I had a great experience at Wickes thanks to one of the employees Jaym . She was extremely helpful, very kind, and genuinely friendly. Her professional attitude and warm approach made a big difference during my visit. It's rare to meet someone so dedicated and pleasant. She truly went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you!

Popped into Wickes today, greeted by a lady called Jayne.
She was very helpful & friendly and nothing was too much trouble,
We need more people like Jayne who has a fab customer service approach.
Thank you 😊

Came in today for a few things for a garden project. Was greeted by hannah, asking if I needed some help as I found some panels that had damage she offered to get some replacements from stock. Discussing what I would be doing I mentioned about some lighting, she was very quick to find all the details for several products for me and discuss the options to find something suitable for my needs!

I was served by a lovely young lady named Shania who was pleasant and helpful. So much so that when I realised I'd left my item behind and had to come back for it later in the evening she had it there waiting for me and hadn't put it back into stock! Thankyou Shania

Rosie was great and very helpful will be definitely be going back to wickes in the near future.

I have been to the Wisbech store many times over the last few months as I’m renovating a bungalow and have bought loads of supplies there. Rosie has served us several times and is always helpful and friendly.

The assistant who helped me with my purchase and several mishaps gave outstanding, absolutely amazing customer service! Rosie assisted above and beyond to help me resolve several issues. Very grateful to have had such a great assistant.
