Wickes - Winsford Omdömen 

Ì was served at the tills by a lovely lady called Carole. She was very helpful.

It was love at first sight, I’m talking about the porcelain floor tiles - but the customer service I received from Adam at Winsford left me floored (pun intended 😃) His product knowledge and attention to detail was wonderful and he really made my experience at Wickes one to remember! 🙌🏽

I always enjoy going to Wickes in Winsford. Apart from the quality goods and the clean well stocked store, the staff are always pleasant and helpful. But todays visit was made a little more special by Carole on checkouts. I have a trapped nerve in my spine and as such was moving towards checkout very slowly and even though there were people behind me Carole didn't rush me and treated me in an understanding and professional manner. Thank you Wickes of Winsford.

I went in to look at tiles for my bathroom and I was unsure on options. Adam went through everything with me, ordered the tiles to get the quickest delivery. He also showed me around the bathroom showroom where I was about to get more things for my bathroom project. Great work from the Winsford store ☺️

As always, a super experience in Wickes Winsford Adam and the team have a place running very efficiently. The team are always willing to help and always go out the way to make sure you get what you need. Nothing ever seems to be too much for them they are friendly and really make you feel welcome. Adam is an excellent store manager and remembers all his clients which is lovely. He always has a word when he can.

We have just completed the installation of our Wickes Heritage sage kitchen, and just wanted to say that although wickes didnt install our kitchen, their sales staff were superb. Sian Jenny Jo and Tal from Winsford branch were so helpfull right from the start when planning the new kitchen, advising us on how best to use the space we had to sorting out missing hinges. The kitchen is amazing great qualty build even the backs of the unit are much thicker than our old kitchen. Overall we are really pleased with how stunning it looks. So thanks to all the team at Wickes Winsford for all your help and advise. Exceptional customer service so glad we chose to buy from you.
