Wickes - Waterlooville Omdömen 

After booking an appointment online to come into store to design a kitchen for a slot on wednesday between 10-11. We arrived in store to be told the lady the appointment was booked with does not work wednesdays and they had no other members of staff in store to help. So i would advise if you book a slot this does not mean that anyone will be there to actually have the appointment with you.

Visited the Waterlooville store over the weekend and found Vicky Blythe to be super helpful and friendly. Helped me to get the right products for my paneling, without her i would have bought the wrong paint AND forgotten the woodfiller for the gaps. Walls in my spare room look great. Thank you

I had a home appointment booked for a kitchen design with Robbie. He asked lots of questions and listened to our ideas so he could come up with the best result. He was very thorough with measuring so he could be as accurate as possible. We look forward to seeing the plan!

I had a part missing and Alan Harris went above and beyond and delivered it himself when passing my house. Amazing service

Our Wickes kitchen has just been finished and we’re completely thrilled with the kitchen and the service we received. All the staff at wickes in Waterlooville went above and beyond to help us, especially Jess, who project managed the whole process and was a delight - very friendly, truly helpful with ideas and helped us come in under budget, and got us more than we thought was possible. The installers (Prestige) that Jess provided us with were also first rate. Would definitely recommend Wickes. We’re going back soon for a new bathroom

First Kitchen appointment (home). Kept informed of appointment time, on time. Very informative, there was so much to go through since my last kitchen over 30 years ago! Procedure explained. Waiting for my design now.

Had great customer service at the waterlooville store, I needed a reasonable priced kitchen for a flat refurbishment. Jess came round did all the measurements and got a design with pricing in a few days, kitchen was delivered within a couple of weeks. I broke a fixing during installation and Alan in the store was able to find me a spare fixing the next day with some spares he found in the back storeroom. Will defo be back for another kitchen on the next project!

Whole experience was professional and efficient. Shout out to Jess, who was so helpful, coming up with options and making sure every detail was covered. Her product knowledge is excellent. She is so approachable and friendly and nothing seemed to much trouble. Can’t recommend her enough. Thank you.

We recently purchased a new kitchen through Wickes Waterlooville and everything has been wonderful. Firstly, the quality and build of the product is first class, as good as if not better than the biggest names in kitchens! Secondly and most importantly the staff! Each and every staff member we have had the pleasure of encountering have been outstanding. The customer service is exemplary! Polite, courteous, helpful, keen and extremely honest about every situation The skill level of the fitters (Chris and Calum) and attention detail is second to none. They are polite and professional and very trustworthy. Kinda, our kitchen designer, has such passion for her job and care for her customers. She will spend as much time as possible running over ideas until the final idea and dream is reached! And on top of all this she is a kind, caring person! Mike, our project manager, has full faith and trust in his fitters and keeps a keen eye on every aspect of the kitchen fit, letting nothing slip below the required high standards Wickes sets itself. Vicky, the store manager, runs a very efficient, skilled team of professionals and each and everyone of them, from the delivery drivers, cashiers and shop floor workers to the skilled fitters, designers and managers, are true professionals. A first class outfit with first class service!

Needed some assistance and Mark was available to help us. We purchased some bathroom and plumbing items and he brilliant.
I often get good service there but this time was exceptional. Mark help us load the items onto a trolley and made sure we were happy with everything.

I ordered two bags of building sand and ten bags of cement—ordering and delivery date nice and straightforward through the website.

Two days before delivery, I realised I needed sharp sand instead of building sand. I contacted my local warehouse, who couldn’t help as the order was coming from another location, and advised me to call customer services to amend. Unfortunately, customer services said the order couldn’t be amended, despite the products being the same size and price - computer says no approach. This could have led to unnecessary delays, added costs, and a lot of frustration.

Thankfully, the customer service team did give me the contact number and location where the delivery was coming from - Waterlooville. I contacted the site directly, and the lady I spoke to sorted it out immediately—no hassle at all. The correct order arrived as needed.

Huge thanks to her for the help—it made all the difference (5 stars). Despite the hiccup with customer services, I’d still recommend this supplier based on how well the issue was resolved in the end but a learning point for the central customer service team - could they have phoned the store on my behalf?

People are quick to moan but i have to say, i had small problem with a wickes trade order . i popped in to see Vicky in the waterlooville store and she was amazing. gave what she was doing to help me and sorted everything out with confirmation.

The staff were excellent during our visit, really helpful and knowledgeable. Great parking and good quality products. Would definitely reccomend this store.

We used Wickes (Waterlooville)
For our bathroom installation.
After we signed and paid the deposit the nightmare began, installer cancelled 3 times. The workmanship is horrendous. Although he was a Wickes recommended fitter!
The installation manager came out and classed it as tier 5 . So major issues. Customer service just constantly fob's you off.
Whilst I'm sure Wickes have some very good fitters it's a lottery with who you get as they are all subcontractors.
I would urge anyone looking at getting a bathroom refit to do your research.
If possible use a local company, once you sign up and pay your deposit the nightmare begins.
We're a year in and still waiting for the work to be rectified.
we've asked to terminate our contract so we can get our own trusted fitter as we have no confidence in Wickes fitters.
Again please, please do your research before you use Wickes for your own sanity!!

All staff were very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to help our school.
The quality of the kitchen was good and it was easy to assemble. We would use again and highly recommend.

I've only given 1 star as I was unable to give them none. Had a new kitchen fitted in January, after which one of the 'magic' corner started to stick, and cannot shut properly. Informed Wickes the beginning of April, and despite numerous phone calls, no one from Wickes have even bothered to get back to me. I am now taken Legal action. From my experience I would never use Wickes for anything, and would advise others to give them a wide berth.
